Alles sehr sauber und schön. Der Pool ist das Highlight, mit genügend Liegen um sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten, mit einer schönen Abkühlung zwischendurch zu entspannen.

This is an amazing apartment to stay in. All the needed equipment is there, the neighborhood is calm and pleasant. The host is very helpful and communicative.

Der Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach meine Erwartungen. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Immer wieder gerne.

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

Wie waren mit unserer, dann 5 jährigen Tochter,bei Ivan,seiner Schwester Iva und deren Mutter zu Gast. Wir wurden sehr lieb von Iva empfangen. Das Grundstück ist total Klasse für Familien mit Kindern,da es viele Möglichkeiten zum spielen gibt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten die grüne Wohnung.Sie kommt auf den Fotos doch größer rüber, aber uns hat es ausgereicht. Alle waren so nett zu uns. Unsere Tochter hatte Geburtstag und Iva hat ihr einen großen Bären Luftballon geschenkt!!! Als die Kleine sich einmal verletzt hatte,kam Ivan und Ivas Mutter und hat uns mit Eiswürfeln versorgt DANKE!!! Der Rotwein mit euch auf der Terrasse war sehr lecker und über das liebe Abschiedsgeschenk haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Leider hatten wir sehr Pech mit dem Wetter, dennoch haben wir viel unternommen und die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Der Pool war das Highlight vor allem für die Kleine. Es war immer ordentlich und sauber. Wie empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt.

Spokojne i ciche miejsce na odpoczynek na skraju miejscowości. Samochodem można w kilkanaście minut dostać się do kilku różnych plaż / wycieczki, codziennie inna. Widać że sam apartament był ostatnio modernizowany. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona. Pokoje są przestronne i calkiem wysokie, klimatyzacja jest nowa, czyli nawet w szczycie sezonu jest czym oddychać. Komunikacja w języku chorwackim e.w. po angielsku jeśli znajdzie się w okolicy ktoś do tłumaczenia (zwykle był). Najlepiej trafić kierując się w/g współrzędnych gps z emaila powitalnego od airbnb. Wakacje były udane.

Ekstra susretljiva Elza dala je ekstra preporuke za posjet lokacija u Zadru i okolici. Prekrasno uređen krajolik oko apartmana, mirno i ugodno. Apartman kao na slikama, super čisto, ima sve što je potrebno. Ekstra super, svakome preporučujem

Lovely small apartment, about 35mins walk from the ferry so reasonable for getting around. The hosts downstairs were very friendly but respectful so felt very private. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Tout était parfait! Roko et Tereza étaient très attentifs. Le site était très très bien avec la cours intérieure et la belle piscine.

Logement impeccable, première fois que j’utilise cette application et je regrette pas ce choix de logement. Aucunement la faute du propriétaire sur cela je préviens juste, si vous compter louer une voiture sur place, avoir une place de parking près de l’immeuble est parfois compliquer, mais sur une semaine de vacances là bas, une seule fois on a du se garer loin, c’était l’heure de pointe aussi, en fin de journée y’a souvent une place de libre qui est vite prise.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bei Sanja war perfekt – sehr hochwertig, blitzsauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der Jacuzzi und der gesamte Wellness-Bereich waren top gepflegt und luden jeden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Wer Erholung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
