We came with 4 people and left with 4 very content, slightly soggy souls. Yes, it rained, but this artsy little haven made us forget all about the weather. The house is full of quirky character—think spiral staircases, secret bunk beds behind red doors, and furniture that has a better backstory than we do. The hosts are clearly creative geniuses with a hammer in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. Every corner tells a story. Would we come back? Absolutely. Next time hopefully with sunscreen instead of rain boots.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It is modern and lovingly furnished, clean and you have plenty of space. The terrace with a lounge and pretty plants is a special highlight. The apartment is located both in the center of the village and close to the beach. A parking space directly at the entrance (backyard) is also available. Important for us: Dogs are allowed to be taken to the beach on a leash during the day in Westkapelle - this is not the case everywhere. Linda and her husband have a restaurant below the apartment: fantastic cuisine (especially recommended: daily changing, freshly caught fish dishes - super delicious!) and extremely lovely, competent service! Conclusion: Everything is great - we will definitely come back! Iris and Klaus

Very nice and cozy apartment. We were three people and the dog and it was still enough place and everything needed. Also a very nice location near to the beach. Eline was very helpful and pro-active in communication, would be happy to come back.

This is super nice, with attention to detail! We immediately felt super comfortable. The house is beautifully furnished, everything has been thought of and it does not feel like an impersonal vacation home. The location is great, almost directly behind the beach. We will be HAPPY to come back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in the cozy cottage. Super comfortable beds, very quiet, everything you need - and more. Very dog-friendly - only my old dog couldn't make it up the steep stairs to the bedrooms. But that was totally okay, since I could set up her dog bed in the living room. All in all, a really nice stay💚

Hilde's house matches the pictures, it is very nicely located in a holiday resort close to the beach. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need for the holidays. Communication with Hilde is flawless and very friendly and pleasant!

We had a great time with our young family in the house. Very nice spacious backyard with plenty of things for the kids to play with. Beautiful beach within walking distance, Middelburg 20 mins drive. House was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Addy is a nice host who clearly communicates, gives extra tips about the area and always responds quickly to messages. The tasty treat upon arrival is also well received every time. Once again, we greatly enjoyed the accommodation and the surroundings. Children searched for shells, caught crabs, made sandcastles, played football at the campsite and then came 'home' to Addy's cottage. (Where everything is also abundantly available and wonderfully clean!). On to the next time!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely, and we felt at home right away. It’s beautifully furnished and very well equipped – especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. For our kids, the double bunk bed was definitely a highlight. One of them even said, “It prevented a lot of fights because we could both sleep on the top bunk!” – that says it all! The location is perfect as well – just a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

Super nice chalet with garden and great covered porch. The place was very clean and modern all around. The beds are comfortable. We have nothing to complain about! And would be happy to come back. We also liked the campsite, especially with a child. Supermarket directly on site and various swimming opportunities, playgrounds, restaurant, etc. Marianne is a great host, we will be happy to come back!

What a lovely place this is! A delightfully cozy cottage with a fantastic outdoor space with veranda and hammock. Every morning you can have breakfast outside in the sun with the birds in the background. Our daughter liked all the toys, everything has been thought of. The location is also great, 5 minutes walk from campsite and beach, but the area of the cottage is nice and quiet. The communication is great, friendly people! In short; recommended!

This is a well-designed and well-equipped apartment. Easy to find and parking is next to the apartment. Ground floor, so no need to carry luggage up stairs: it’s just a few steps from the parking spot to the terrace/garden so you can easily take everything in through the sliding glass door. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a great bakery / coffee shop less than a minute walk away. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk. There are supermarkets and restaurants and lots of activities within a few minutes drive. Very pleased with my stay.

The apartment in Zoutelande is stylish and modern Everything is very thoughtful and practical: There is everything important for cooking or for a small breakfast. The shower was a real highlight – generous and simply great! The bed was also exceptionally cozy, so we slept wonderfully. We would like to highlight the friendly contact with the hostess. The location is also great: the beach can be reached in about 15 minutes. Overall, a very cozy accommodation where you immediately feel comfortable – absolutely recommended!

We occupied the house with 2 adults and 2 well-behaved dogs - it was perfect for that. It is absolutely quiet except for the soft relaxation music from the spa next door. The entire surroundings of the park are also super beautiful. With the old but intact bicycles from the shed, you can quickly cycle the 5 minutes to the supermarket. The great beach is 2 minutes away. The house is well equipped and modernly furnished. The kitchen offers everything to prepare good meals such as an induction stove, hand blender, sufficient pots and casserole dishes as well as dishes and glasses (we only lacked the egg cups😄, but shot glasses did it). The property is partially fenced but not escape-proof. On one side, there is a dense hedge without a fence. Unfortunately, the cleaning service only does the bare minimum, such as vacuuming around the sofa and not under the sofa. We found a nice dog toy from a predecessor. Thanks for that🙃. The house is highly recommended!

The house is located in a quiet and very clean residential park. The sea and the beach are within walking distance. Everything you need for a nice stay is available in the house. The dog can stay in the fenced garden. Parking right outside the door. Everything is fine

We felt very comfortable in the cozy and clean house. There was everything you need. Great, spacious garden that invites you to linger with absolute privacy. There was also a sweet welcome bag. The shed had everything you need for a nice beach vacation. You can walk to the beautiful beach in 2 minutes. The beautiful surroundings also invite you to take great bike tours. We look forward to the next time and will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in the Netherlands! Luc's place was perfect for our stay. The cottage was super practical, with cozy flair and in an ideal location. The beach was just a short walk away, so we often went there and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The surroundings also impressed us: we visited great restaurants and made excursions to Domburg and Middelburg - both very beautiful, worth seeing cities. Luc was a great host, very warm, attentive and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A clear recommendation!

Thank you for this wonderful getaway. The house was just as described. Great, the animals and the large, wide meadow with trampoline and swing were especially great for the children. The house was lovingly furnished and the contact with Monica was very straightforward and friendly. Would happily come again.
