Nice accommodation in a converted barn

Of course, it is possible to combine fresh and comfortable accommodation with rural idyll, close to meadows, forest and lake! In 2022, we started an exciting project to convert the barn on my grandfather's family farm into a luxurious holiday home. In May 2023, we finished one apartment and in the fall, the other. The possibilities are many: enjoy the tranquility of forest walks, by the lake or on the balcony in the evening sun and combine with excursions in the surrounding area and southern Sweden. Charging the car is included in the price.

On our farm outside Sävsjö in Småland, you can stay in a modern log house built from 300 logs of storm timber, which was also enough for a log sauna. The holiday home has lax knots and between the logs it is linen. The house is located in scenic surroundings. We live close to our animals and this you have the possibility to participate in. Newly renovated house in the middle of Småland.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Perfect accommodation if you are passing through or for holiday stay. Right in between “Astrid Lindgren's world” and “High Chaparral” this house is in a smaller community.(About 10 km to both) Here is a shop and a well traveled German restaurant, "Lieblingsplatz". Nice hiking areas and lakes. Boat and fishing licenses can be arranged to an extra cost. Winter time : slalom slope with a lift in Sävsjö. (2,5 miles) There is a dining chair, children. Sheets and towels are available to hire.

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

Apartment close to nature in Sävsjö

Welcome to beautiful and cozy Sävsjö! In our apartment, you will live close to nature but also close to Sävsjö's small center. The apartment is above our garage. If you come with children, they are welcome to jump in the trampoline or play in the garden. It is also equipped with a new 50" smart TV where you can stream your favorites from apps or from your mobile. Cabin with a unique location in the forest by a lake.

A perfect place for you who want a lovely vacation with the family, a weekend with your partner or a quiet and peaceful place to work. This cottage is located next to Klappasjön in the middle of the Småland forests, about 30 minutes outside Jönköping. You will find your own jetty with a boat 100 meters through the forest from the cottage. A 3-minute walk away, you also have a beautiful public swimming area with a summer café. About 4 km from the cottage, there is a grocery store, pizzeria and train station.

Store Mosse, High Chaparral and Hestra Mountain resort is between 20 and 45 min drive from the cabin.

Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

A cozy cottage in a quiet environment right by the lake and close to the forest. Access to a private jetty and raft where you can swim. Rowing boat, canoe and SUP are available and also included. 3 bedrooms (4 beds in total and 1 bunk bed) and a loft where you can sleep on mattresses. One of the bedrooms is in a small separate guest house. Kitchen, a bathroom with toilet + shower and sauna.

Close to lake, Isaberg skiresort and cross country center in Tranemo. Close to Golf Club with 36 holes. The nature just outside the door Hike-in/Hike-out. Food at request. Peace and silent. A place to remember.
