Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vrh

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We spent a total of 6 days with Damir on vacation. The accommodation was extremely outstanding - especially the view with the pool. Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful place and a great host. Perfect place for people who are independent, with a car and bikes or who like to walk long distances. This was exactly what we needed and expected. The host couldn’t do anything better.

You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very special flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ever want. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best places I've ever booked. This is such a place you'd rather never leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in Grikvenica on the house beach in 10 minutes where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and explored a lot and it was wonderful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. Ines was an excellent host. Everything has completely satisfied us. The house is beautiful, with a great pool and quiet location. Perfect for switching off. Ines is always available and very helpful.

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

Accommodation a bit expensive, but I have to say very nice and in a great location, and amply balanced by the kindness and availability of Irena. Recommended

Appartment marvelous ,clean with all kind of accessories . Place calm and in central Place very confortable . Host quite gentle and under disposal for all needs. We Will came back next season .

We saw (with 2 children aged 11 and 14) stayed with us for 2 weeks in the beautiful stay of Marija in Garica KrK. We had a great time there! A beautiful centrally located location making everything on the island easily accessible. The apartment was great, everything was present and we greatly enjoyed the nice swimming pool. For questions, we were able to switch very quickly with Marija - they responded immediately. All in all, a wonderful holiday accommodation where we will definitely come back again!

Great apartment- spotlessly cleaned with all amenities, close to the beach. The hosts are easy to fall in love with - welcoming, friendly and fun ;) We are definitely coming back!

We spent four nights here with our family and loved every minute of it. It is a beautiful space, and easily accommodated six adults and a baby. We were able to cook every night and dine at the outdoor table next to the small dipping pool, before taking a post-dinner dip in that pool. It’s right in the old town of Krk, which is super charming. The beds were comfortable, and we were lacking for nothing. Highly recommend!

Mirjana's appartment was perfect for 4 adults, clean, modern, fully equipped, with an amazing view. The beach is in front of the gate, there is a private parking place and quite big heated pool at the backyard. All in all our experience was very positive and pleasant! The host is very kind and gave us many useful recommendations. The only thing you should be aware of is that there are 2 bars right in front of the appartment. We were at the end of the season so they had the last karaoke night and then closed for winter, but it was really loud till 3am. Can only imagine how loud it could be during summer!

Bernard was an amazing host and the flat was perfect. Very comfortable with a stunning view, great easy parking, and the town was right there for walking and exploring. We found several tasty restaurants and loved the rescued griffon vulture sanctuary. Highly recommend!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

As mentioned in my previous review, Miki and Davorka’s place is 10/10! Grčevo, Sablićevo, and other city beaches are just a short walk away. Pećine is loaded with beautiful, intriguing architectural details, from the 19th century Austrohungarian villas that line the hills to the numerous staircases (prilazi) that descend down to the waters of Kvarner Bay (Kvarnerski zaljev). For me, the location was ideal. Beyond the great hosting, colleagues from the University of Rijeka were close, city beaches proved a indispensable respite from work, and even the nearby Joga u svakodnevnom životu facility had an excellent vegetarian restaurant and terrace. Since I overindulge in meat and could sneak of to Lovran quite easily for yet another vibe, it was a perfect fit. Don't miss this spot!

We stayed with josip as a ‘large family' and felt very comfortable! Great garden and most beautiful views from the large terrace. The path to the beach was a bit arduous through the mountain but always worth a tour! Will be happy to come back

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Our stay at Ivan's place was very nice, the apartment is clean and clean. The place is about 15 min. walking distance from the centre (20-25 min. back since it's up a hill). Ivan was very helpful and communicated very well with us.
