This is a large modern Airbnb with very comfortable and stylish furnishings. It’s a short walk to all the highlights in Pula, yet very quiet and private. As others have mentioned the balcony is special. It’s a perfect spot to watch the sun setting and the acrobatics of the swallows swooping by all the historic rooftops. Caterina was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. We’d absolutely choose this Airbnb again!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Everything was clean and well looked after. The view is absolutely breathtaking - even better than the photos! We were greeted by the host’s parents, who were lovely and very friendly. They spoke German and Italian - no English but we still, we managed to understand each other just fine 😊 The host also kindly let us check out late, which we really appreciated. Water pressure in the shower was excellent too - which is always nice. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

The place was clean, cozy. The owner was willing to check us in 2 hours earlier than the agreed date. The view of the bay was magical, the beach below the accommodation was clean, beautiful and clear water. There was also a beach bar. More from the accommodation to the center, we reached on foot in about 10 minutes by faster walk. Parking down by the road was not suitable for us, as we had a bigger car, but about 2 minutes walk from the accommodation there was a free parking lot in the shade of trees. We definitely recommend a trip to the town of Labin from this place, up on the hill above the accommodation - it's worth it! We'd love to come back in the future.

We received a very warm welcome by Nikolina and her husband, who took the time to tell us about the local sights and recommendations. Firstly I need to mention that my wife and I are super fussy when it comes to cleanliness. The apartment was super clean. The bathroom was spotless. The king size bed very comfortable with beautiful linen. Air conditioning in every room. A very versatile kitchen. A washing machine with clothes airer (my wife loved drying the clothes out in the sunshine). Everything you could possibly want was there. Tastefully decorated with beautiful finishes. There were 2 outdoor sitting/dining areas you could enjoy. The garden was beautiful. Nikolina lives upstairs and was readily available any time. Pazin is a perfect central location to return back to at the end of a very long day experiencing the beauty of the Istra peninsula. The apartment was exceptional and we would not hesitate to come back.

The apartment is exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything was very clean. The view from the terrace is incredible. Vesna welcomed us and helped us bring the luggage to the apartment. However, you should be able to climb stairs well, because the path from the apartment to the parking lot from the car has about 90 steps. Thank you for the great time🙂

An absolute dream. The departure was difficult for us, because it was just so beautiful!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The sauna alone is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was relaxing and peaceful. Aleš is the nicest guy and he even took the time to show us around the property and his bees! Recommend this place to anyone traveling to Slovenia.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

Very comfortable and cosy.

The apartment was very modern. It was very well equipped, the dishwasher was nice. Our dog loved the outdoor trails.

Very friendly and responsive host. Apartment was exactly what we expected and needed for a weekend trip to seaside.

Great stay at Marina's place. The place is as described, clean, well located (20min on foot to the city centre). Marina was very helpful with check in as my flight was delayed and she still made herself available despite the fact I reached her place close to midnight. A note in case that's useful, the place doesn't have a lift so you need to be able to walk up the stairs as well as carry your luggage up. Highly recommended if you find yourself going to Pula.
