Our cosy, air-conditioned 4-star studio in an Istrian stone house with sea views is for individualists. Divided into two studio apartments (the top used by host), it's in a small settlement on the Ucka mountain. Guests treasure the idyllic herb garden with its many magical places to sit. The studio has its own private garden, but guests may use all outdoor spaces. Tip: Avoid the crowds. Come in May/June. All prices include tourist taxes and final cleaning. Note: we are strictly non-smoking.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. Porto Flanona apt. is the unique apartment for up to 6 person on the beachfront location. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a brand building, just few meters to the sea! The apartment has one master bedroom with private terrace overloking the bay, and its own bathroom. Then there is another bedroom designed in boho peacefull style with a view of Plomin hilltops and parking. Apt also has main bathroom, kitchen, living area (dining room, tv room) & another terrace, abd laundry room.

upon arrival at the spacious free parking lot, you can use the private entrance through the hallway to your room, which is tastefully decorated. On the other side of the hallway is the bathroom with shower and toilet. Throughout the accommodation it is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. For a nice breakfast, aperitif or just to relax, you can stay outside under the patio, where smoking is of course allowed.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances. We are located in Krsan,a small place near Labin. In the village of 500 meters you have a shop,cafe bar,restaurant. Linens and cleaning are included in the price.. The pool has no heating..
