The place was clean, in a great location near restaurants, walkable to mall, grocery stores and pharmacy. Easy to get uber. Apartment is clean, and well equipped for main needs of a short stay. Only down side is you can't fry anything in the kitchen stove (per renter's policy), but one can get around that. I would stay here again!

An excellent apt, the best that I ever stayed in Sorocaba. It had already been in other facilities in the Red, I didn't like it because of the noise of the highway, but this one did not have this problem. Apto mto novo, td mto clean, note 10.

We had a great stay. The apartment is cozy and welcoming. The host makes more available than advertised, such as hygiene products, cosmetics, first aid, etc. The place was very organized, clean, a pleasant environment, fragrant, everything new. I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is fresh and nearby has the Carrefour which has a Localiza and a gas station, which makes things much easier.

The apartment is exelente! It was super clean, smelling, there was nothing out of place. The decor is impeccable. I felt at home. I recommend it to everyone. The only problem is that it is far from the markets and bakeries,in my case, I went without a car, I had more difficulty, but still, I would rent again. I stayed in the minicasa truck with my husband and our 2 children and it was an amazing experience, impeccable place and everything very well organized, the wonderful hydro massage, a delicious place to make a barbecue and the coffee available in the very good kitchen, in addition to the toast that was a full breakfast. The property is in a great location close to a mall, restaurants, bakeries , pharmacies , supermarkets. Júnior always very attentive and flexible. I recommend you stay for sure .

I went to the city to take a course and it was my first Airbnb rental, I stayed very little time in the apartment, but my wife stayed the whole time and loved the condominium, what it provides and Fran's studio, which was very clean and organized when we arrived… She was very kind and attentive to answer questions, I have a course in January and I will stay there again, without even looking for another place 😅🙏🏽✅
