The beautiful bath style villa, built at the end of the 19th century, is rented by us to holiday guests. 15 individually designed apartments are available, this is one of them. This house is therefore very suitable for family trips and larger groups. Very individual and personally-loving furnishings, each room has a special touch. High-quality furniture, noble floor coverings, spacious and beautiful kitchens, comfortable beds - a fine place in this traditional seaside resort.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Modern with a historic ambiance You will stay in one of our 8 exclusive, tastefully and modernly furnished apartments (32 m²). Our listed house Heidelberg, built in the historic spa style, offers fully equipped kitchens for each apartment, with dishwasher, oven and microwave, some with apartment's own washing machine and dryer or laundry room. Each apartment has its own parking space right next to the house and parking spaces for bicycles.

The apartment is very close to Rostock Central Station. It can accommodate up to 6 people with two sofa beds and a double bed. The built-in kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings and includes, among other things fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stovetops, etc. In the bathroom, in addition to the classic shower, toilet and sink, there is also a washer/dryer. There is also a small seating area on the balcony.
