Holiday rentals with beach access in Volosko

Überwältigender Panoramablick vom Wohnzimmer und vom Balkon über die Kvarner Bucht, Opatija und Inseln. Schöne, ruhig gelegene und modern ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem Komfort (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Nespresso-Maschine, Parkplatz,…) für eine perfekte Erholung. Dragana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und reagiert auf alle Fragen super schnell.

Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub mit viel Spaziergängen entlang der Küste, tolle Bars und Restaurants, Strände für den Hund. Die vielen Stufen nimmt man gerne in Kauf, der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer macht einiges wett. danke an Marijana für ihre freundliche Art und für ihre Flexibilität

Wir haben uns in Nikas Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie war jederzeit schnell über den Chat erreichbar und hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Umgebung parat. Das Apartment ist zwar kompakt, bietet aber dank der durchdachten Aufteilung und Ausstattung (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Öl/Salz etc.) alles, was man braucht. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle Vorbereitung – zur Begrüßung standen sogar kleine Snacks und frisches Obst bereit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage oberhalb von Opatija bringt viel Ruhe mit sich und sogar einen Teilblick aufs Meer. Wir hatten den Auf- und Abstieg aber etwas unterschätzt – wir mussten manchmal zwei Mal überlegen, ob wir den Weg bei knapp 30 Grad zu Fuß antreten. Da sich aber die deutlich schöneren Strände in der Region um Opatija befinden und man dafür auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, war das für uns kein besonderer Nachteil. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank Nika und Tomo!

I had the most comfortable stay here! The location is FANTASTIC! Located right across from the touristy shops and steps away from the water! AC worked very well, bed was comfortable, I had 2 towels, and the fridge was spacious and clean. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge which were Godsent for such hot days! The washroom had body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Everything was perfect! Hanadi was super responsive in helping me get to my unit which was located at the very very top floor, past these wooden doors. The rest of her instructions were straight forward. Very friendly and kind. Thank you Hanadi!!🙏

Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist über Treppen gut erreichbar (ca. 5 - 10 Minuten). Stadtzentrum gut erreichbar zu Fuß, ca. 10 - 15 Min im Zentrum. Opatija selbst hat alles zu bieten, was man sich wünschen kann. Live Musik Abends, tollen gepflegten Park. Tolle Restaurants (italienisch, Sushi, klassisch kroatisch, deftig mit Burger usw. alles vorhanden). Supermarkt ist vorhanden im Zentrum. SPAR Supermarkt auch vorhanden, allerdings Hinfahrt nur mit Auto zu empfehlen!! Zu Fuss hat man sehr viele Treppen vor sich (ca. 15 - 20 Min Fussmarsch). Tolle und lange Strand-Prommenade für ausgiebige Spaziergänge. Viele tolle Hotels vom Design her. Für eine recht mittelgroße Stadt ist alles vorhanden. Gern wieder.

The room was nice and clean with kitchen which had everything you need for cooking. There is a place to park your car just in front of the door to the apartment. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our vacation there.

Great private apt walking distance to alot and very nice accommodations. Sizable studio with small outdoor area, that was good for our dog. Would Recommend if In Opatija.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Vielen dank für die schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Meine Kinder haben besonders den Garten mit Trampolin und rutsche genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastyczne miejsce. Wszystko zgodne z opisem i ze zdjęciami załączonymi do oferty wynajmu. Doskonałe miejsce na relaks, cisza, spokój, prywatność. Zdecydowanie polecam. Chciałabym tam wrócić mimo że nie jestem zwolenniczką odpoczynku w tych samych miejscach po raz kolejny.

Ana stond bijna op het punt te bevallen maar zorgde niettemin voor een brandschone studio met alles wat een mens maar zou kunnen wensen. Niet groot maar wel heel compleet. Het terras aan de voorkant maakte het mogelijk lekker buiten te zitten. Dit is wat je noemt ‘value for money’. Ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Sanda ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sehr zuvorkommend und proaktiv. Auch die Unterkunft war sehr nett, auch wenn die Küche eher klein ist, findet man alles was man braucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war auch sehr gut und dank der tollen Tipps von Sanda, konnten wir schöne Unternehmungen durchführen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!

The place was wonderful, and we would gladly book it again. We can recommend it with all our hearts. We stayed for three nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The host was very welcoming and provided us with excellent local recommendations. The surroundings were quiet and beautiful, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The beach was lovely, with very clean water, although it was a bit too cold for swimming during our stay. However, it was still a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The region is ideal for stand-up paddleboarding, as there are little to no waves, making it perfect for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. Additionally, the area offers fantastic opportunities for paragliding with calm thermals, which we found to be the best way to enjoy the stunning views. Overall, this destination exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
