Holiday rentals with beach access in Opatija

Wonderful location with easy/quick proximity to the waterfront promenade and restaurants. Beautiful terrace for morning coffee (great local café right next to the flat) or apératifs. Highly recommend .

The apartment is small but just right for single/couples. Everything you need is available. You are right on the public beach, have restaurants in the house and and a large supermarket 3 minutes away. The apartment is functionally furnished and very comfortable! I felt very comfortable! The bus station is less than 5 minutes away, from there you can make nice trips to the area!

As described and friendly communication. We felt comfortable The view from the apartment and from the terrace is fantastically beautiful. The apartment is located on a quite steep hill, so arriving by car is recommended. The bus stops down the hill, but the 10 min walk is a bit strenuous for several days. Otherwise everything is wonderful.

The apartment is exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything was very clean. The view from the terrace is incredible. Vesna welcomed us and helped us bring the luggage to the apartment. However, you should be able to climb stairs well, because the path from the apartment to the parking lot from the car has about 90 steps. Thank you for the great time🙂

It was a great short break with lots of walks along the coast, great bars and restaurants, beaches for the dog. The many steps are gladly accepted, the view from the terrace to the sea makes up for a lot. Thanks to Marijana for her friendly manner and for her flexibility

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Ana and her family are very nice. They made us feel at home right from the beginning and even shared food with us. They gave us fantastic tips on what to do with our child in the area and how to get about and kept asking us if we needed anything else from them. Their son even shared his toys with our child. The flat is very cosy, well equipped and has a comfortable bed. And the garden is absolutely fabolous, great for having meals outside and for children to play in. Shops and the busstop are at a walking distance and although we didn't have a car, getting to the centre of Rijeka and to Opatija by bus was very easy, even if the latter takes a bit of time.

We loved our stay at Ljuba's place! She treated us like friends from the very start and helped us with anything we needed. The house feels like stepping back in time and the town looks like a fairytale. It's beautiful and so peaceful. We will be back for sure! <3

Fantastic place. Everything is as described and photographed in the listing. A great place to relax, quiet, quiet, privacy. I would definitely recommend. I would like to go back there even though I am not a fan of rest in the same places again.

Ana was almost about to give birth but nevertheless provided a sparkling clean studio with everything a person could wish for. Not big but complete. The terrace at the front made it possible to sit outside. This is what you call 'value for money'. I can recommend to anyone.

All in all, a quiet place if you really want to switch off. We had the small beach to ourselves. Otherwise, the garden is very beautifully laid out, there you can enjoy the sound of the sea for many hours.

Review #1 of 2: After booking Davorka's place once, I immediately booked again! It's hard to imagine a more generous and kindly AirBnB host, who was willing to help at every turn. As I'll describe in a subsequent review, the location in Rijeka's scenic Pećine neighborhood is stellar given the proximity to urban beaches and other amenities. And Davorka and Miki were hosts who took their craft to another level—whether by helping with laundry, late night cab rides, or even a timely conversation about planning further travel. Given her experience in the University of Rijeka's tourism faculty, Davorka and I had numerous conversations about what constitutes substantive hosting and teaching and their parallels (I'm employed in the latter industry). In short, it was a great pleasure to stay chez Miki and Davorka, and I'll be sure to recommend them again!

Sanda is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and proactive. The place was also very nice, even if the kitchen is rather small, you will find everything you need. The location of the accommodation was also very good and thanks to the great tips from Sanda, we were able to do nice things. We are very happy to recommend the place!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Darija's place was so lovely! We felt perfectly at home and Darija and her husband were perfect hosts - easy to communicate with, friendly, and so accommodating! Being so close to the harbor and the walking trails was a huge bonus and made for a very peaceful stay :)

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!
