Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.

A steep staircase leads to a spacious bedroom. The house has character with antique wooden furniture. Located 800 m from the Ardèche River, the villa is a perfect base for visiting Ardèche halfway between the south (Vallon Pont d'Arc) and the Ardèche Mountains (Mont Gerbier de Jonc). The Via Ardèche is 500 m from the house as well as the Ardèche River. the house has a children's play area with slide, hut and swing.
