A bright, spacious and brand new apartment 15 minutes from the city center and a minute's walk from the banks of the Vltava River will surprise you with its location and activities. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a golf and tennis complex, the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, paddle board or even a bike and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the river. Parking is possible in the vicinity of the building without zones and fees. The tram stop with a route along the Vltava River to the very heart of the old town is just a minute's walk away and offers a pleasant scenic ride.

Our new little house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We don't have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Quiet location of the garden colony, the proximity of the river, and almost 100% darkness to make your sleep more comfortable. We can rent a canoe, paddle board, or 2 bicycles for free. Evenings can be spent by the fire pit, or by the wide-angle TV for a movie. The stay can also be revived by a record player that reminds you of the old times. In good weather, we rent our motor boat, which can be driven by anyone. Dogs are welcome.

Cottage by the Jizera river

Garden house of 50 m2 size in the Káraný recreation area, which is located 20 minutes (20 km) from Prague at the confluence of the Elbe and Jizera rivers. The house is located in a quiet street between the forest and the river on an 800 m2 area with a garden, fireplace, swing and trampoline for children. The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.

Musíte prostě vyšlápnout kopec:) Pitnou vodu si donesete z čisté studánky, taktéž 80 m pod boudou. Elektřina je omezena -solární panel. K dispozici máte loďku na řece (Sharka) padla jsou uvnitř chaty. Ohniště je před chatou. Za boudou vede krásný trek po červené turistické značce. Příroda a klid

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. This apartment is located in the village of Hory, it is a quiet location at the beginning of Lipno Lake. The house is located directly on the bike path between Horní Planá and Nová Pec and is also close to a small maintained beach, about 400m from the house. The 65 m2 apartment has a double bed 180x200 cm, 160x200, three single beds and a sofa bed in the living room 140x200 cm, dining table, TV and free WIFI. The apartment has its own spacious bathroom and 8m2 terrace.

This cottage is located near to Prague. It´s great place to discover many local sights. After demanding days our hut offers a calm place to relax and sport with friends. The village is close to Vltava river, there are few pubs, one restaurant, and store. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the smart house, and the magic garden. My place is good for creative couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).The cottage is newly painted and has new heating.
