Nicely decorated apartment in a great location. It has everything you need- especially if you have a kid, there was a step stool, plastic cups and plates etc which made things easy and stress-free. Super close to the lake and walkable to many amenities. We had a lovely relaxing time!

In two words, the perfect vacation, not just for a family with a small child and a dog. Great location, yet quiet and private. A beautifully equipped and welcoming apartment where you want to spend time when you already have enough of the hustle and bustle of activities in the area. We've been a week and really enjoyed it from start to finish. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Lukas’s place! The house is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean — it really has a feel-good atmosphere. The location is peaceful, right by a beautiful lake, and still close enough to Prague if you feel like a trip to the city. Lukas was a fantastic host — super friendly, communicative, and always helpful. Highly recommended!

It was very nice, we liked everything very much, nice accommodation and good amenities. The only thing that was confusing was the energy costs that were offset against the security deposit. According to the listing, this included. Would love to book again.

The stay with Martina and Alexi was really great. The welcome and the openness of the hosts was very pleasant. The location directly on the lake was simply beautiful and very quiet. That's exactly what we imagined. Our original hotel in Prague was suddenly overbooked... and luckily we came across Martina's accommodation. A booking was spontaneously possible. Thank you so much for having us.❤️ We would like to come again and if we had had time, we would have stayed longer.

A wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful places in the Czech Republic. The area itself is cozy, clean, the pool is great for children. And a convenient location - every day with the children we went to castles or other interesting places in the area. We will not return in the hottest season to try the sauna

This house and the site were fantastic. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is free use of communal washing machines. The lake is beautiful and all on site staff were great. The nearby area is also great with a fantastic aquA park for kids in Frymburk and nice restaurants nearby. Would very much recommend 😊

Nice apartment to spend some time on the lake.

The accommodation was just the thing for a little break for two girls with a dog! The lake and large fields nearby, a fenced garden, the accommodation clean and equipped with everything and the contact with Michal reliable and fast :) We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back!

We greatly enjoyed Milena's nicely decorated apartment. The view in fantastic, there is nothing wrong with that. Also, everything is present in the apartment. However, the WiFi is weak so you have no range upstairs. The double bed in the second bedroom is narrow so if you come with four adults, make sure you use the single bed as well. However, the mattresses of the beds are quite soft, which can give back complaints. Location is amazing, you'll really relax there. The apartment is wonderfully spacious. Tip: go to Cesky Krumlov, a lovely old little town!

We had a lovely stay and felt comfortable! Very nice house with convenient location. The surroundings offer many opportunities for activities.

Overall, we were very satisfied and had everything we needed. Great equipment with 2 bathrooms, additional toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, parking space,... Check-in was hassle-free and earlier, communication with Peter was great, he was always available. The house is in 2nd row to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 3 small points with potential for improvement: the barbecue was unfortunately not clean at all, the apartment was very cold when we arrived (13 degrees) and the lawn could have been mowed before arrival. Otherwise everything is great and definitely recommended.

Our stay in Michal's apartment was simply perfect and even better than we dreamed. The contact was warm, helpful and uncomplicated from the beginning. We were allowed to bring our dog, which was particularly important to us. The apartment was super clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. We lacked nothing and the size was ideal for the three of us. The location is fantastically quiet and only a few meters from the lake. The view was breathtaking and the surroundings invite you to take beautiful walks. Everything is very dog-friendly and we were able to unwind wonderfully. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Michal was a great host, always easy to reach and very friendly.
