In the attic there is a room and a bedroom with balcony. In the immediate vicinity there are Orlík Castle, Zvíkov Castle and Žďákovský most.

The house is located in a quiet street between the forest and the river on an 800 m2 area with a garden, fireplace, swing and trampoline for children. The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.
