Had a lovely stay, highly recommended. Every detail has been thought of inc external mosquito window nets so you can open the windows without getting bitten and lots of nice small touches such as fresh bread, water and fruit upon check in. It’s a very clean, tidy villa in a quiet part of the village/town. It’s ideal if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday. It’s only a short 5-10 min walk to the local restaurants and shops.

A beautiful home, in a beautiful location, was paradise...the local restaurants were all so welcoming and amazing food, close to many beautiful beaches and sights, you can do nothing or explore for days on this island . Themis was great host, very friendly and helpful when we needed to ask , especially about what to do. Thank you Themis !

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

The air bnb is beautiful! Outdoor space and pool was perfect in the heat and beautiful to spend time in between activities. The house is charming, two big bedrooms and plenty of space. Host was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions - would definitely recommend!

The villa itself is what you want in a second home when you are traveling. Beautifully appointed and with all the amenities you need. The pool and the outdoor kitchen are amazing. Inside you find everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The villa is even prettier than the pictures you see. Carol and Geoff are warm and welcoming. We extended our trip because their place is simply amazing. Their story and how they came to be in Kefalonia is special. The villa is in a beautiful village near the quaint village of Sami. It’s perfectly situated to explore the island. Everything in the villa is thought through with great detail and attention. We look forward to visiting them again in the future. If you want an unforgettable holiday then this is the place to be!

We didn’t want to leave!! The villla is beautiful with a stunning view. You have everything you need for your stay and William was always available which was great! We couldn’t have asked for more really other than maybe a pool you could swim in rather than a plunge pool but we still enjoyed taking a dip every day. We would 100% return here and definately recommend to all.

We recently stayed at Villa Theano for three days and had a fantastic experience. The property is brand new, and we were impressed by its modern amenities and stylish design. The outdoor spaces are spacious and well-maintained, with a great swimming pool that offered stunning views of the sea. The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were attentive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, Villa Theano exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sami We hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is set in beautiful gardens with flowers and citrus trees and an incredible view to the sea and surrounding coastline. Beautifully designed villa inside and out. We were well looked after by Haris and his housekeeping team. Restaurants and beach practically on our doorstep although I’d recommend a hire car to see more of this incredible island. Thank you, Haris for an unforgettable and truly relaxing holiday.

A beautiful villa. We stayed with another couple and had an amazing time. Not much to say other than it was exactly what we wanted; do not hesitate to book. Great restaurants a 5 minute walk away (had coffee / breakfast at Boho multiple times and Veramente for a nice dinner) and a nice bakery a 5 minute drive (Φούρνος Ο ΚΑΛΟΥΡΗΣ). Pool was cleaned everyday by the very responsive hosts.

5 stars – A Truly Exceptional Stay! We had the most incredible time at this beautiful, brand-new villa. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, private, and not overlooked, with stunning views of both the sea and the mountains. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise. Vicky and Matt were outstanding hosts—warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The villa itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need: all the modern conveniences, a fully stocked kitchen with essentials (plus tea, coffee, sugar, and even wine!), a washer, iron, hairdryer, pool and shower towels, shampoo, and more. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The saltwater pool was a dream—so refreshing and pleasant to swim in. There’s also a large umbrella for shade, a barbecue area, and a lovely garden space to relax in during the evenings. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into making the outdoor space as beautiful too .

We have recently returned form 5 relaxing days at this villa. The villa had everything we needed - and more, with many places to spread out and relax with a big group. We were warmly welcomed at the airport by Theti, who remained on hand in case there were any issues (which there weren’t 😀) and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Importantly, the kitchen was very well equipped and during our stay we enjoyed meals at each of the three outside tables. Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful, both before the trip (with a detailed booklet of things locally and further afield, as well as responding quickly to queries, seeming to be happy to be of help) and during - via Theti, who was more local. We hired a car through Carlos’ friend and this was the easiest and quickest car hire arrangement we have experienced - even coming out to change the car for us after day 1 (when we realised we should have a bigger car for our group!). Thank you Carlos for a fabulous stay.

Lovely house squeaky clean. Host was extremely helpful, allowed early check in and late check out despite having next guests arriving in the afternoon. He also arranged car hire and gave some excellent recommendations on places to visit and restaurants. We enjoyed staying at athinas place for part of our honeymoon! It was a great location that was close to many beautiful beaches and towns. The house itself is very spacious and updated. We loved the outdoor patio and the beautiful view. Would definitely recommend!

We've just had an incredible two weeks here, one of which was six handed including a one year old. Everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is exactly as described and is spacious and comfortable with every amenity one could need. The area is extremely quiet and the views from every room and the pool area are stunning. Panos was a great host and responded promptly to any requests as well as checking in with us regularly to make sure we were happy. Altogether a magical place and we can't wait to come back to this beautiful home and island

Lovely place, very peaceful and private accommodation. 30~ min walk to the nearest beach, Agios Thomas (which was lovely.) Pool was excellent and certainly the highlight. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only notes for future visitors are that: (1) a car is recommended since it’s quite remote, and (2) contact the host before arrival for directions to the accommodation (as google maps led our taxi driver to the wrong entry.) Overall it was excellent!

Place is as described, well equipped and the air conditioning was appreciated in the extreme summer heat. The house was easy to find and was perfect for our group. Location-wise you have a few dining options within walking distance. We also enjoyed having the mini market “downstairs” which in fact you cannot see or notice from upstairs because the terrace overhangs.

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Recos: Our favorite restaurants (all a 2 minute drive from the house): Nobelos, Skinos, The Old Windmill Favorite Beach: Wolf Rocks Beach Stop reading this and book the place!

We just came back from one week stay and had such a wonderful time. The villa was perfect for us. The pool area was superb. High end and beautiful view. Very comfy sun loungers. Lots of space. Lovely pool. Eva and Soula were so kind. They came everyday to clean the villa. Eva found two Inflatables for my boys which went down so well. And was a highlight for them. Angel was brilliant to deal with re booking. The villa is a fantastic location. So close to the beaches and brilliant restaurants. Some that are easily walkable. Wish we could still be there. Thanks for an amazing time!

Excellent villa with breath taking views, especially from the private infinity pool. Bella was very responsive during our stay and gave lots of tips and recommendations for things to do while in Kephalonia. I'd recommended having a car due to steep walk and distance to nearest shops and restaurants. Overall a perfect place for a relaxing break with plenty to do nearby if you wish.
