Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Klasse Unterkunft mitten im Grünen! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sauber und bietet vielfältige Sport- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (auch für Kinder). Dazu zählen der heizbare Pool, eine Sauna, ein Whirl Pool, Tischtennis oder Fahrräder. Die sonstige Austattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls exzellent. Der grosszügige und gediegene Flair des Hauses trägt sehr zu einem entspannten Urlaubserlebnis bei. Der Gastgeber Ivan ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Villa La Finka uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war einfach klasse. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Terrassen bieten viel Platz und sind alle prima. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es beschrieben wird. Sämtliche Dinge, wie Seife, Schwämme, Öl und noch vieles mehr sind neu. Es sah alles so aus, als wäre noch nie jemand da gewesen.Allea sehr sauber und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Einfach nur schön. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Stand, der immer frisches Obst und Gemüse da hat. Es lohnt sich, diesen zu unterstützen. Aber der Knaller sind die Vermieter. Die beiden kümmern sich um alles. Sie sind immer bereit Tipps zu geben und man wird auch zwischendurch mit Leckereien versorgt. Die beiden sind super nett. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Ort einfach nur empfehlen. Das war sicher nicht unser letztes Mal.

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und es war wieder absolut traumhaft! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an den herzlichen Gastgeber – wie immer war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

The house is amazing, the pool is great, especially with the indoor Jacuzzi, the kitchen is bright and beautiful, and very peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature. In walking distance, you find a local restaurant in a lovely 200 year old town - the smallest city in the world. Bring your supermarket purchase ride with you, then you can enjoy interrupted vacations. The host family is great, always helpful, always there if you need them for good advice. we felt very well treated and welcome. We had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely come back in the future. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der traumhaft schönen Unterkunft von Klaus. Die Anlage ist super gut gepflegt und Klaus war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei defektem Wasserablauf im Bad hat Klaus super schnell reagiert und einen Handwerker geschickt der sehr freundlich war und alles direkt reparieren konnte. Unsere spontanen Gäste durften sogar kostenfrei eine Nacht mit ihrem Camper auf dem Parkplatz übernachten - DANKE dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Mooi en rustig gelegen huis met leuk zwembad en fijne buitenkeuken. Het voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. Heel proper en heel goed onderhouden. We zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Our stay was one of the best Villa holidays we’ve ever had. The airport in Pula was incredibly easy as was picking up our hire car and then a short 40 minute drive to the Villa. Ivan had allowed early check in which helped as we had travelled overnight. He met us there and explained everything we needed to know, and was then easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is incredible. The rooms are spacious and are decorated beautifully. Ivan provided cleaning products and toilet rolls which was really helpful. The pool ares was stunning and had plenty of sun loungers and seating to sit inside or outside to eat. His Mother also bought over some delicious home cooked desserts, which was very gratefully received surprise. The villa is in a peaceful location but is brilliantly situated to visit so many wonderful places, including Pula, island boat trips (one with tame peacocks) and lots of beautiful coastal towns. I can not recommend Ivan and his beautiful villas enough!

Ein absolutes Traum Reiseziel. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich. Man hat das Gefühl es ist jemand da, der gerne weiterhilft und unterstützt. Der Zaun ist komplett dicht, unsere Hunde konnten raus wann sie wollten und wir mussten uns keine Sorgen machen, dass sie abhauen. Das Haus ist mit allem was Wichtig ist ausgestattet. Man kann sich hier komplett wohlfühlen, alles ist 100 % sauber und sieht aus als wäre hier noch nie jemand gewesen. Das Haus ist in echt nochmal schöner wie auf den Bildern! Pool wird regelmäßig vom Besitzer gesäubert, extra morgens, dass man nichts davon mitbekommt (haben nicht einmal etwas gehört) und er immer schön sauber ist. Man kann es absolut empfehlen, kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist perfekt zum Abschalten. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt. Man erreicht alle größeren Städte innerhalb von weniger als 30 Minuten.

Wunderschöne Villa ! Sehr sauber und sehr modern ! Wir haben die Sauna und den Pool in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Kinder waren von der PS4 begeistert (Achtung, nur 1 Controller) 😄. Das Fliegen Problem haben wir gelöst, indem wir ausschließlich die Terrassentür geöffnet ließen, welche Vorhänge hatte. Diese hielten die meisten Fliegen draußen und es konnte trotzdem die Tür offen bleiben. Grillkohle, Anzünder & co mussten gekauft werden, - war nicht vor Ort. Auch Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw. war nicht vorhanden. Ivana hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Aus dem Dorf heraus habe ich keine Spaziergänger Route finden können, deshalb musste ich stets mit dem Auto wegfahren um mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen. Das Grundstück war jedoch perfekt. Schön groß und geschlossen, sodass unser kleiner Hund frei herumspringen konnte.

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen mehr als entsprochen. Wirkte der erste Eindruck von der Straße aus doch noch sehr unscheinbar, wurden wir beim Betreten des Hauses vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Die Räume waren äußerst modern und wohnlich eingerichtet, die Küche zudem extrem gut ausgestattet. Auch der privat abgegrenzte Garten mit Pool und Outdoorküche war ideal für unsere 8er-Gruppe und lud zum Entspannen ein. Das separate Poolhaus oder die freistehende Badewanne in einem der Schlafzimmer war auch ein kleines Highlight. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können es durchaus empfehlen. ☀️

The villa was absolutely perfect – even more beautiful than in the photos. If you’re looking for a peaceful and private oasis to relax with family or friends, this is the place to be. Luca, the host, was always available, responded immediately to any questions, and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are some lovely restaurants and wineries nearby, but honestly, we spent most of our time at the villa – it was just that stunning. We’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was so well-equipped; the kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. We truly have nothing negative to say – everything exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Wir wurden in der Unterkunft nach kurzfristiger Ankündigung direkt persönlich empfangen. Wir haben einen kurzen Rundgang bekommen und wichtige Infos erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen was uns sehr entgegen kam. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. lassen sich mit dem Auto jedoch gut erreichen. Von den Gastgeber haben wir gute Tipps erhalten. Hervorzuheben ist die Outdoorküche mit Grill und Kochmöglichkeiten, welche man sehr gut für warme Sommerabende nutzen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento che ha confermato totalmente le nostre aspettative. Unici dettagli da segnare : Pavimento in legno (parquet) bellissimo ma un po’ troppo rumoroso quando lo si calpestava. Tende alle finestre difficili da utilizzare e scuri dai quali filtrava un po’ troppa luce. Ma sono veramente piccoli dettagli che non hanno assolutamente inficiato la bellissima esperienza vissuta! Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare alla Maison !

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sieht wirklich so schön aus wie auf den Fotos. Die ganzen Gebäude sind sehr liebevoll und hochwertig restauriert worden. Patrizia ihre Kommunikation ist super. Vielen Dank für den genialen Aufenthalt.

La comunicazione per arrivare all'alloggio è stata precisa e con indicazioni perfette. Abbiamo conosciuto Marino e la moglie e sono degli host fantastici, sempre pronti ad aiutare ed a dare qualsiasi informazione. L'alloggio è in campagna, in una zona tranquilla che a noi è piaciuta tantissimo, è possibile raggiungere le mete turistiche in 15 minuti circa. L'alloggio lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e arredato con gusto, al suo interno è stato messo ogni accessorio utile, con un ordine impeccabile. Ha un patio a disposizione dell'appartamento, con una tranquillità eccezionale e un parcheggio coperto nella proprietà. A noi questo appartamento e location è molto piaciuta, ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti: andateci e provate, stare a casa di Marino è stata un'esperienza da ripetere.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Beautiful surroundings in the countryside. Clean and spacious place. Definitely recommend
