I am from Bahia and it was my fourth time in ES. I have no words to express my satisfaction with this apartment! The place is perfect and very complete. Felipe is super attentive and kind. He sent a message several times to see if we needed anything. I felt at home, and this only happens when the place is really pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen, even cleaning supplies were available. Clean and fragrant bed linen and towels, comfortable bed and the upgrade was the Premiere and SporTV channels, for us to watch the games. I am immensely grateful to Felipe and I hope to return soon and stay again in this cozy place.

We stayed 6 days and loved very much. We went with a 1-year-old boy and we enjoyed a lot of the pool and the toy library that are excellent. The location is also very good. I loved everything. Extremely cozy local. Attentive and polite hosts. Location very similar to the photos. I went with my family (relatives, nannies and children) all loved the pool, the garden with fruit on the foot, pool and other amenities. The house was clean and organized, despite some insects that I deem normal given the large garden and open space. The rooms were large and with several large group mattresses. As a suggestion of improvement, it would only indicate the improvement of the mattresses and pillows as well as the water pressure of the showers (at least the master bedroom). I believe this would make the place even cooler to visit. At least me and my wife highly value such items in our stays. In short, the site is great and recommended for groups and events.

Cynthia was helpful at all times, recommended places to visit, made our check-in more flexible and we were able to negotiate the check-out to leave later. The house comfortably accommodated 7 people, it is possible to walk to the market and also to Itaparica beach. In addition, the tourist spots of Vila Velha, such as the lighthouse and the convent, are easily accessible by Uber. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for your stay, the bed linen and towels are good and the living room is very spacious. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The apartment is a beautiful duplex facing the sea. Hearing the sound of the waves on the beach is to feel the breeze that blows is priceless.
