What a delightful place! Wonderful breakfast! I went to take a public exam and Valeria and the staff very kindly prepared a delicious breakfast at 4:30 a.m. so that we could take the exam with peace of mind. I'll definitely be back! The house is very close to the beach.

Welcoming and family-friendly. I was able to have a room with private bath for a slight extra charge:) Very close to the beautiful beach on foot. Hand wash or you can also pay to have the laundry washed. Good, friendly breakfast. Quiet and pleasant place.

Charming house with a great breakfast

Valeria and Leïla welcomed us with open arms! They immediately put us comfortable and it felt like home. Always willing to help us if needed , we feel they want the best for their guests. We greatly appreciated the very hearty breakfast with them around a beautiful wooden table. In the small, papaya, avocado and banana freshly picked from the garden of Valeria , followed by fresh breads, cold meats and a good coffee! A real delight!!! Also, the room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable and above all it is total tranquility at night and in the morning! We strongly recommend this place to meet Valeria and Leila who are full of energy, attention and generosity. Thank you.

Excellent hostess, easy communication, everything very well explained. Excellent location, neighborhood Very quiet and beautiful scenery. A little away by victory standards, but there everything is very close. Less than 15 minutes from the airport. The hostess makes you feel at home, hotel-worthy breakfast and room very well arranged with a closet with a hanger and drawers to store your clothes... I didn't have the opportunity to get to know the beaches, but I was informed by the ubers that I walked that the best beaches of victory are on the island of the ox...

Maria was exceptional serving us perfectly well and we were accommodated in a suite. The house is extremely quiet, organized and not to mention the wonderful location. Everything perfect!

Our stay was excellent! The apartment was impeccable: very clean, spacious, well ventilated and with a privileged location, with a lateral view to the sea,close to the beach of itapuã,and very close to Praia da Costa and with easy access to bakery, ice cream and pharmacy. The street is very quiet, ideal for those looking for rest and convenience. The structure of the property is great, with a large balcony equipped with several chairs, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The two-seater garage was also a differential that made our stay a lot easier. The host was extremely friendly and helpful from the first contact. We received a delicious fish pie, homemade rolls and even prepared a table set with great affection — a special care that has made us feel welcomed since the arrival. Without a doubt, a wonderful experience We recommend with complete confidence and look forward to returning soon!
