Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vitória

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

The house has exceeded our expectations! It's beautiful, just like in the photos, and had everything we needed to spend the weekend! Despite the slightly rainy weather, we enjoyed it a lot thanks to the heated hydro and sauna. We celebrated my birthday and my wife's birthday with friends and it was wonderful! We highly recommend it!

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

Although I rented the house of this listing, I stayed on Kitnet (which was below the listing house). So my comment is about kitnet. It was a great cost-benefit. The structure as a whole is good. You need to go down a small easy to access staircase. It has a common area in this part of the underside shared with another house. The bedroom window for this shared space, but it has a curtain. On the door of the room, which leads to the common space, there are small windows. The bathroom has a tbm window, only the kitchen that does not. The room is super-set: good air conditioning, good bed, TV with hometheater. The shower is good. The kitchen is equipped with:microwave, airfrayer, shear, small fridge, stove, blender and a plastic table with 2 plastic chairs. The location is good: de Uber was at the beach, shopping and restaurants in 10 - 15 min and it was possible to stroll with the dogs on the street. There is TV and air-conditioning only in the bedroom, but there is a fan in the room where there is a

When we arrived the environment was very clean, it had kitchen utensils and laundry facilities. It has bakery, pharmacies, restaurant, market, beverage distributor, everything close.

It was the best house we stayed in Vitória. Mr. Adilson was very hospitable, I hope to be able to return more often

Wonderful, clean and organized space. The highlight of the accommodation goes to Mercedes, it is exceptional, received us with a warm and tasty coffee and also with pampering for the whole family. Mercedes is always available and full of great tips in the region. The apt is very cozy, well located (bakery, pharmacy, market, restaurants, beach), organized and well equipped. We love the days in Vitória and apt.

Patrícia is a wonderful host. Extremely clean and affordable place. We really liked everything and we will definitely return soon.

My family and I are extremely pleased with Monica's accommodation. It's even hard to describe the qualities of this apartment, of so many that there are. Exactly as shown in the photos. Beautifully renovated apartment with very good taste decoration. It had everything you needed for an extremely comfortable stay. From kitchen utensils and appliances to super comfortable linens and excellent towels. Perfect location. Wonderful sea view. Options of restaurants, bars, markets, ice cream shops, and even shopping that you can walk to, without having to take the car out of the garage. Scooter and bike pick-up point right in front of the building. Anyway, I'll definitely book again.

We stayed in Gustavo's apartment for 4 days and it was a great stay. The apartment is great, all assembled, well-equipped and has a beautiful breathtaking view. Gustavo is an excellent host, responds promptly to requests. The neighborhood is perfect, it has everything, on foot in the sand, better location. This was the best place I have ever stayed at Praia da Costa. I loved it too much and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!

Simply in APE. Everything is beautiful, fragrant, and well arranged. White towels are available. Impeccable bedding. Blankets available. Very polite, friendly, helpful host. He quickly answered all my questions. Super-equipped apartment, with everything you need. I thought it was very nice of him to leave a portfolio with tips to get to know VV better. I didn't know VV had so many tourist attractions. Congratulations on everything. You deserve the 5-star host. God bless.

The stay was wonderful, the host Juliana is super friendly and gave us several nice tips. The apartment is well located and we were able to do many things on foot. Everything was super tidy and just like the photos! I recommend and intend to return :)

The stay was great! The place is very well located and close to a lot of things. The accommodation was also cozy, the Marina was great with the instructions and the ape is very good.

We love the stay, the apartment is wonderful, like what was described in the listing and photos! It has an admirable view, we enjoy the apartment more than the beach kk of so perfect it is. We were greeted with a beautiful table set and a delicious cake. The neighborhood is very quiet and easily located near Itaparica beach. The condominium is secure and has a 24-hour concierge. Amei!!! Pena can't stay anymore... but I'm sure there won't be another chance.

Roberto was very proactive, responsible, and nice on his communication. We lived in Vila Velha for twelve years , and we came back after ten year that we left Brasil. So, we were very impressed with how Roberto took care of all the details to make our memorable stay. All the concierges were nice and respectful. The apartment is exactly how he described, new furniture, and it is on very well maintenance. Roberto's apartment was well cleaned, organized, and we felt at home. So. we are on Rio de Janeiro now, and the place is not what the pictures showed at all. So, Roberto's apartment is well located, a block from the beach, you can easy walk. there is a fantastic bakery, and they have lunch as well. You can find pharmacies. We had to go 1am to buy a medicine, and we felt safe. We high recommend Roberto as a host, and his apartment to have a memorable stay at Praia da Costa, Vila Velha. We are excited to come back.
