what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

Had the most perfect 5 days in the most perfect location. Squeaky clean, well appointed villa. Pool is also bigger than photos suggest. Very easy to find with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous break. I was concerned it may be a little way out from some of the activities we had planned but everything fell into place without any issues. We chose to get a hire car to allow daily food shops but used it to visit Cavtat a few times also. Cavtat is so beautiful and we rented a private boat from there to spend the day visiting islands and caves. Ubers are easy to get and we used these to visit Dubrovnik old town but you could easily drive there in 30 mins.

**Review:** Book it! This place is a thousand times better than the photos! We stayed as a large family at Villa Infinity, and it was the most comfortable home out of the 50 bookings I've had on Airbnb. It truly feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with even the most unexpected items. There’s a wide variety of dishware, including plates for pasta, risotto, soups, and glasses for wine, cognac, whiskey, and champagne—everything you could possibly need. There’s a charcoal grill and a thoughtfully designed outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Every sunrise and sunset at the villa is unique, with a million-dollar view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, ready to assist with any questions. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave, which is essential for a family with a small child. Natasha, the host, went out of her way to buy and deliver one the very same day! I give it 10 out of 5.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Can't recommend this place enough! It was simply perfect. We stayed with our 11-month old and they had provided all the amenities we'd need. From the warmest welcome, to being extremely responsive to anything we needed, Marija made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, even better than the pictures and the location is spot on. You can walk into the local villages which had shops, beaches restaurants and Dubrovnik itself is only a 15 minute taxi away which you could easily organise with Uber. We were greeted with homemade wine and other treats which was lovely. Marija also called in a few times with fresh fruits and toys/gifts for our son which just made it even more special. We can't wait to go back!!

We booked the villa for our friends hen party weekend. Ana is the perfect host and the villa is absolutely stunning - the location is easily accessible by Uber at all hours but you may want a car for easy access to local supermarkets (less than 5 mins drive). The view is amazing and the villa has everything you could need and has a real authentic but luxury feel - Ana was always available for any questions, gave us amazing recommendations and we are so so grateful to have found this villa! Would not hesitate to recommend booking! Ana, you’re the best!

this was our second time at Marko's place and it was amazing once more! very private, clean and comfortable house, very helpful and responsive host. highly recommended and we will be back for sure!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

A real corner of paradise, I confirm all the previous positive comments! Such a human-scale, calm and flowery environment, with direct access to the sea from the pretty terrace, without a road to cross, is absolutely unique in Montenegro. The accommodation is very well supplied and maintained. Jelena was proactive and very available. We had an unforgettable stay 😊

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

Radmila’s home is in a beautiful location and she provided a ton of recommendations. Her directions made getting to the Airbnb very easy!

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. I would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time and would love to stay again if we find ourselves in Kotor in the future. Thank you so much!

It was an apartment with a magnificent view, and Milica was very supportive in all matters. We had a wonderful experience, we were very pleased.

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Ivica is very attentive to his tenants. We arrived 3 hours before the scheduled time and we were able to settle in immediately. The apartment is very well furnished (like at home). You'll even find sunscreen in the bathroom!! The terrace with sea view is the most remarkable point. We don't want to leave it anymore... We had some very nice excursions in the surrounding area. When we drove to Montenegro, Ivica gave us a route to avoid a long wait at customs. There is a very large selection of activities and we really appreciated the fact that there are far fewer people than in Dubrovnik itself!! Recommended without hesitation.... We had a fantastic stay in Podi The Villa is as described in the main with lots of facilities and equipment. Pool area lovely and clean Aleks was super helpful and provided lots of tips on where to go and visit, restaurants etc. Couple of minor points worth mentioning - only the top two bedrooms have air conditioning- the lounge dies too. The upper bedrooms have fans Also the local beach is not a few minutes walk away, rather down very windy roads and steep inclines. About a 7 minute drive yes. Otherwise the hosts were fantastic as me we very much enjoyed our stay at Podi

The place is great: big, cozy, with 2! balconies. The hosts left precise instructions for our check-in, and in the kitchen we found fresh fig fruits. The place is also very private: it has blackouts, and with the balcony doors closed you don’t hear a sound from the outside.

Thank you for the friendly and quick help in every situation. Jelena and Nikola managed to make our vacation a highlight despite the late arrival and personal start-up difficulties. The two are super nice and friendly without being intrusive. The boat trip with Nikola was great! The house is located in a nice fishing village, the sea right at the doorstep. You can hear the ferry and the road, but they didn't bother us. The ferry is free, we used it for shopping and restaurant visits. Thank you for the great. Stay! We'd love to come back!!

Great place to stay, private, quiet and away from the crowds. Really nice apartment, well appointed, clean and with a private pool. Pero was a great host, very friendly and communicative. I highly recommend this Air B and B and we’d be delighted to stay again.
