Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

We really enjoyed the house. Daniela stayed connected with us and answered our questions. Paola welcomed us and gave us detailed instructions and recommendations. We are very happy with the stay, the house, the hosts and the perfect area!

The house is very nice, super spacious, complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Great for big families. It has central heating which helps a lot to keep the house warm. María José is an excellent androgynous, she was always very attentive to all the details and is very kind. She responds super fast and is very willing to help. Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafés and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with a radiant heater and a heat blanket for the cold months. We had a great time. Thank you Mauricio!

Great spot that was accurately described. guille was very nice and responsive. The neighborhood is noisy at night as there are lots of bars and clubs in the area, I would bring ear plugs, Guille also provided them which was very kind. Overalls, recommend this place!

The location is excellent, steps away from the German clinic, Parque Arauco and Kidzania. the apartment is impeccable, super comfortable beds, I loved it. When I return to Santiago I will definitely request it again

Vidosaba is one of the best hosts. The apartment is excellent, I loved the view of the sunrise behind the mountain range. He was flexible with the check-out. Always attentive. The perfect location, with security and markets close to the two entrances that the complex has. The shopping is just a few blocks away and 20 minutes from the airport. I would always come back!

Great location! The building's location made for an easy initiation to the city. The apartment's location is fabulously on the 28th floor. Rooftop sunsets were fantastic. Designated car parking was convenient. Apartment's workout room was adequate. Friendly concierge. During our stay, air conditioner was installed in the second bedroom and black out blinds were installed throughout the apartment. Huge positive difference. Kitchen & bath items were minimal - salt but no pepper or other spices, no oil or vinegar, no supply of toilet tissue, no laundry detergent. Fortunately, grocery & mall within walking distance. Just know before you go. Would stay again & recommend.

Everything is fine. The apartment is next to the Mall Parque Arauco. Very close to the Araucano park. We had ants the first day and the host immediately took care of sending someone with pesticide to eliminate them

We had a spectacular stay. The building is very quiet, the area where it is located is unbeatable and the apartment, having a patio (instead of a balcony), was a super safe option to be with a one and a half year old baby. The apartment's facilities are excellent. Nothing is missing! The bed, being huge, was the option chosen for the 3 of us to sleep in a super comfortable way. Without a doubt, if we return to Santiago, we will choose them again.
