The place met my expectations. The place is comfortable and very clean, like being at home. It had everything we needed. I'd like to highlight the building's security, with spaces available for exercise and recreation, with excellent equipment. The host was excellent, very friendly and attentive to our requests. The stay was great!

The place is even better in person. We are a Brazilian couple and on our first day in Chile we had some doubts, but the hosts quickly answered and guided us. Impeccable apartment, just like in the photos, practical and functional kitchen, quiet bed and relaxing bathroom for those who spend the day out sightseeing and come back to eat and rest. In the surroundings, we find everything, pharmacies, pizzerias, markets, cell phone recharging and Uber at the door in a fast time to every corner of the city. They solved a mishap we had in a very good way and that is appreciated since this type of imponderable can happen. Just to mention, but it is not something manageable by Felipe, is the lack of willingness and sympathy of one of the concierges, but it is only a detail within the accommodation.

Cristobal and Carlos are great hosts. We were very attentive and helped us in everything. Countryside on beautiful with a privileged view and very near to the ski station.

We made a last minute reservation and yet Camila managed to leave the house clean and organized to welcome us. The house is comfortable and pleasant and for our family TV and comfortable sofas are essential to our movie moment at the end of the day, the house has an excellent infrastructure for that. We really like it!

Margarita has been a very good host. The place available is spacious and has a large patio. Everything was very comfortable and very cozy. It is a good place for those looking to rest easy during their travels as it is a safe place of abundant peace, you can only hear the wind among the trees and birds singing.

The house is wonderful, just a little far. It was difficult to book tours, but as there were 7 of us, we booked a van for us.

No communication problems in general. Regarding parking, I would think that it is aimed at vehicles a little more compact than an SUV. The patio is quite large as a recreation area. Comfortable bed. In general, the conditions for sleeping are met.

Excellent location, and a very complete and clean duplex. Celín was attentive from the beginning of the stay. As an improvement, I would say that the internet signal on the upper floor should have a repeater since it is a bit unstable. Otherwise, the stay and Celín's service were excellent.

Laura was very attentive. She cares a lot about accommodating her guests and is always ready to help out in any way. Your apartment has an excellent location and is close to cafes, restaurants, Costanera, many things. It is a very nice area and safe. I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

The apartment is excellent and is better than the photos. Great space for traveling with family or friends. Very beautiful view in all environments, especially in the rooms. It met the needs of our group of 5 people. The garage is spacious. The neighborhood is good and has good options for restaurants and markets nearby. There is a gastronomic boulevard within walking distance. I recommend it and would come back!

The apartment was excellent. We arrived and it was in perfect condition. We felt at home. The building has security and also has a garage where you can leave the car. Everything was a luxury. There were many businesses nearby. To get anything, you didn't have to go more than 2 blocks. Alejandro was always very attentive, answering the questions that arose. We also booked the apartment on the day, without advance notice, because we didn't know when we could cross, because the crossing between Chile and Argentina was closed due to the weather. He solved everything for us at the time. He's a genius, really. The day we return to Chile, we'll definitely go back to him. We were more than satisfied with the accommodation and Alejandro's service!
