Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vista Santa Rosa

After all this place is 5/5 based off the place. Daher was so kind and very responsive! The place is pretty true to the pictures. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. Pool fee was $45 a day. We definitely tried to go swimming during the winter, but it was quite cold. The hot tub warmed up really fast! Everything that you would possibly want was in the kitchen so me and my family were able to cook during our stay! We love the idea of the fire pit, but never got to use it. The grill was amazing to cook lots of food all at once! I love that the living room and the kitchen were all connected so we were able to always participate in each other’s activities and no one felt left out.

We were here for the tennis and had family staying at La Quinta resort. It was perfectly located for seeing them and the tennis. The landscaping, pools and resort restaurants are beautiful. Only one thing to share is that the stairs to the accommodation are steep so it might be a tricky climb if you are elderly or have very young kids. We enjoyed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, it was quiet, peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. The Airbnb was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home overlooking golf course. Great sunrise with your morning coffee!! Home was well equipped and decorated nicely. We honored the no music or loud noise so if you want to party a bit probably isn’t place for you. Diffidently would come back

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful! Decor amazing! Lots to do for a family between pool, pool table, ping pong etc. Plentyof room for everyone. TV super easy to use. AC worked so well, we were very cool in the hot Palm Springs weather. The casita room…unreal gorgeous! We would recommend to anyone to stay here, well worth it and very well located to everything! We would go again no question :-) pool/hot tub was also amazing!

We did a girls trip to Palm Springs and Peggy was always responsive before, during, and after the stay. When you entered the home, you are mesmorized by the home and furniture. Every amenity provided worked and it was nice to have the toilets seperated from the shower. I do plan on booking more of her Airbnb in the future.

Loved our stay so much! Having the golf cart was such a helpful and fun add on! Nanette has thought of everything- all the kids items and kid safe spaces while still being so adult aesthetically pleasing made it so wonderful! Thanks for your responsiveness too!

Awesome location. Really enjoyed the Legacy Villas. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and unit itself had everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

This is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs that I’ve ever rented. I stayed here for a creative retreat and felt so relaxed and inspired. The layout of the space is perfect, the shower is large and relaxing, the decor is spot on and doesn’t take away from the natural surroundings, the sheets are linen, all the kitchen supplies you need and most importantly views for days!! I did a solo trip and felt completely safe and so inspired. I’ll definitely be coming back!

WOW!!! Book it. You won’t regret it. Words do this place justice. The view from Zeus was absolutely stunning! Diane and her staff went above and beyond our entire stay. I’ll just say it’s few and far between to find people who genuinely care - and they do!!! The property was serene and peaceful - soul refreshing. Make sure to bring closed toe shoes. Even if you typically don’t do nature walks or hikes, bring them bc it is so beautiful there - you’ll be dying go look around. Also, visit the community center before you head out - they’ve got hiking sticks you can use on your journey. We had plans to go to Newport Beach, Joshua tree, several other places - we ended up only leaving twice - mainly to go to the grocery store and back. We couldn’t talk ourselves into missing this stunning place for even a second more than we had to. From watching the sun come up over one mountain to watching it set across another - more than anything I miss the night sky. Absolutely incredible.

We had a great stay at the Lazy Gnome. The place was very clean and well decorated and furnished. My kids loved going up to the loft but beware that the steps/ladder are quite steep, though they had no issues using them. The neighborhood is nice and quite, the house is under many trees so has plenty of shade, and it's just a short drive to the main town area. We will absolutely consider staying here again next time we come to Idyllwild.

Mid-century beauty! Centrally located in a historic neighborhood with beautiful architecture and walkable streets. The location is ideal for hiking, shopping and fine dining. The home is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated, a private & peaceful retreat. Reliable network and fast WiFi. Excellent host is responsive and accommodating. This is a home away from home and provides for the traveler’s every need

We had an awesome weekend. The cabin was very clean and it was very peaceful. It was wonderful to find a place that had a fenced in yard for the pups to run around. We cooked most meals there and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for sharing!

Great place! Great Host! If I had one thing, it would be turn the air on before arrival. I understand is the desert, but it did take several hours to get it under 80° in the unit.

Douglas’s place was spacious enough for our whole family and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We loved the airy feel and beautiful views. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool—we all had a great time.

Sophia was a wonderful host! She was a great communicator and happy to provide any help needed. The space is excellent! The neighborhood is beautiful. 15 mins to Downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely come back and recommend this AirB&B in the future!

This is the 4th time we have stayed here. We love it!! There is a hill of boulders that leaves me breathless every time I look at it. To see this hill with the rare Big Horned Sheep, takes me over the top emotionally. We also love the landscaping with the natural desert in mind. The house is decorated to fit the desert and the most well equipped Airbnb we,’ve ever stayed at. We spent a lot of time out in the patio watching the Chuckwallas, Roadrunners, Quail and Big Horned Sheep. There’s a ton of birds also. When it got warm, we went in the pool. The temperature of the water was perfect. Super refreshing on a hot day.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it even more. Such a cute house, very clean and looks just like the pictures if not better. The pool is wonderful as well. We would not hesitate to come back. Mike and Jan are great hosts and always very responsive!

Stayed with wife and my 4 kids. The kids LOVED the place. Open space, 2.5 bathrooms which is perfect for a big family. The fact that our host would think of having a bin of toys lets me know the attention to detail of how much thought Elizabeth put into her place. It’s the little things that stand out. Other than that, we loved that there is a Walmart literally 5mins away just in case we needed something. Amazing job to the host!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying in Kim's home. The layout of the house is great. Very spacious, multiple bathrooms, large kitchen area with a huge island, and comfortable sofas. The pool/jacuzzi were perfect. I loved floating in the pool all day, while my boyfriend loved hanging out in the jacuzzi. Couldn't have been a better setup for a relaxing holiday weekend getaway. The house has everything you might need... towels, pool floaties, deck chairs, umbrellas, plastic cups for poolside use, lots of dishes, board games and more. We didn't feel like anything was lacking. Kim was very responsive to messages, and easy to communicate with. No complaints at all. The area is close to lots of supermarkets and places to eat. Perfect for a quick run to Stater Bros for some breakfast goodies, or to the ATM machine. Overall, a really wonderful long weekend. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves immensely, and hope to be able to stay there again .

Jess the host was always in communication with me the entire time. She was flexible, helpful, and gave us some pointers with respect to our proposed stay. The location of the house was perfect for our event. Definitely planning to come back.

Huge apartment, a lot bigger than we expected! Kitchen was very well equipped, bed/pillows very comfortable and everything else was working great too! Only thing that wasn't so practical, access to the pool was from the gate door, you couldn't walk straight to it, even it was right in front of the terrace. :( Maybe a own private grill to the terrace and few bottles of complimentary water and this place would be absolutely perfect!
