Such an amazing stay! The host was super responsive and helpful the entire time—we got some great winery recs that ended up being total gems. The house itself was even more beautiful in person than the photos. So cozy and comfortable, with a great kitchen setup for cooking. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and soo nice, especially after a day wine tasting. I really loved the peaceful front yard. Mornings spent reading out there with my coffee while tossing the frisbee for my pup were the perfect way to start the day. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

My family loved staying at Mayra's place, clean, very convenient, has everything you need, great pull and jacuzzi. She was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed. The only issue we had is the towels were washed but all in stains, I would recommend to take your own towels.

Beautiful home in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Loved having coffee on the upstairs patio looking at the beautiful mountain view. Beautiful landscaping and very clean and spacious. My husband and three boys stayed there and felt like we were coming "home" after every day trip. Will absolutely stay there again

Our stay here was incredible!! Craig and Julie were wonderful hosts, very thoughtful and had great communication before and during our trip. The view was absolutely breathtaking! We felt right at home and hope to make it back here someday!

Amazing experience. Vi’s place was homey beyond expectation. My wife was very impressed with how available everything was especially in the kitchen because we are a family of 6 and always eating out would have not been cost effective. We felt right at home. My wife especially loved the complementary fruits, water, and treats. The kids rooms were packed with toys and books they could read and play with in their spare time which was amazing. The living room was filled with board games for the entire family. The garage also had amazing games for the entire family with foldable chairs and equipment for the beach and camping. There was so much to do in the house that staying in was not in the slightest boring. The entire family enjoyed the pool and the spa and had an amazing time especially on the days we stayed in. I certainly would be booking Vi’s place again anytime we are in San Diego.

I absolutely loved this place. There is so much to do within the home. The backyard is an amazing space with a pool/jacuzzi/ water slide, grill with fire pit, and yard games to include mini golf and ax throwing. The indoor space is equally amazing with a huge kitchen with everything you need , 2 lounging areas with TV’s, an Atari arcade game where you can relive your 80’s childhood and play pac- man and frogger. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. The views from the home are beautiful, you can even see the ocean. My daughters live in San Diego and we live in Orange County so this was the perfect in between. It is close enough to the beach but far enough away that you don’t have to contend with beach traffic. It is also close to stores and restaurants but the house was so entertaining, we just stayed there all weekend, it was just perfect.

Wonderful host any questions we had she responded quickly and very helpful. The place was amazing plenty of room for the whole family. Comfortable beds and amazing kitchen well stocked and equipped with all the essentials to make meals. The pool/ hot tube was perfect and the game room was a huge hit with the kiddos and adults. we enjoyed the gas fireplace outside as well as the grill. Totally recommend, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

What an incredible place to call home for a few days. This place had everything we needed to cook for our family, the pool and spa were amazing, and had some great hang out spaces for the family. Trevor and Heidi were quick to respond if we needed anything!

What a wonderful stay! Natalie was so friendly and proactive, which made us feel welcome before we even arrived. It's rare to find a place that is even better than the photos, but this was it. The entire home was immaculate, and we loved the artistic touches that made the space feel so warm and unique. We all slept so well—the beds are incredibly comfortable. It truly felt less like a rental and more like we were staying at the home of a friend with impeccable taste. And a special shout-out to your two pugs—though we never formally met them, their charming, invisible presence made for the perfect, quietest roommates and really completed the "at-home" feeling! The peaceful neighborhood and seamless process, from check-in to checkout, allowed us to truly relax. It's an ideal spot for a solo traveler or a small family of 3-4. I can not reccomend thee Humming Bird Hide awaay enough. Close to the beach and Lego Land not far from all the San Diego parks (Sea World, Zoo, Safari Park, Balboa Park). Lots of great restaurants nearby. The view of the mountain side homes was peaceful. Lots of places to relax around the pool and AWAY from the pool. Pool Table Work Out Room and more. Downstairs master suite (the other one there are two) was peaceful and allowed for early to bed (us) late to bed (adult kids). Had my family who live in OC and LA over twice enjoy the place. Lastly and not least was our host Travis. Great communcatotr and wen out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable and had what we needed. Great place to vacation and relax, and while the pictures and price look too good to be true, the rality is even better.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay with our kid at this Airbnb! The home is in a quiet and very peaceful neighborhood in Vista. It’s conveniently located—LEGOLAND California, Disneyland Park, and the San Diego Zoo. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Highly recommend for families looking to explore Southern California while enjoying a calm and cozy place to come back to each day!

Our party of 10 (including 3 kids ages 2/6/8 & 2 elderly people) stayed here for an extended family vacation and it was the perfect fit for us. The property was lovely & it felt like being at a villa. The room situation worked out great for us as my family of 4 stayed in the main house (kids on the sofa bed), my in-laws & BIL's family of 3 in the 2 primary bedrooms, & my single BIL in the private room next to the pool stairs. The kitchen was well-stocked for our needs & we did enjoy one afternoon in the pool since the weather was pretty cool. One of the reasons I booked this home was for the petting zoo that all ages ended up enjoying. We set up a time with the host & she graciously spent a good chunk of time letting us into the various fenced areas and sharing about her sweet animals. We got to visit with a llama, 2 pigs, several goats, a mini-horse, & a rad tortoise that my daughter and niece got to take a little ride on. Experience of a lifetime. Thank you for having us!

Ron's place is wonderful especially for families. Everything was in order and clean. There is a beautiful backyard and even a firepit. It is so convenient and close to shops and Oceanside restaurants. Ron is a fantastic host, accommodating and helpful. We recommend Ron's place very much.

This airbnb was conveniently located and was as advertised. Place was clean and the check-in process was seamless. Would definitely check out other Wander locations in the future.

We had the most amazing stay at this home, it was even more beautiful than the photos! The house has such unique character and charm, and it was incredibly spacious. The space was perfect, not only was there plenty of room for everyone to spread out and decompress, but there were also so many great areas to gather and spend time together. One of the highlights was the pool and spa, absolutely gorgeous and so much fun for family time. The backyard as a whole was a dream (with a fun wing, too!) We stayed in the kids’ room, which was so great for our son. He really enjoyed all the books and toys, and we were so happy to find a galaxy skylight projector, just like at home! The bathrooms were stocked with high-quality products, and it was great to have fresh towels already laid out in each bathroom when we arrived. Kendra was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home, especially for larger groups. A great location to come together!
