There is a deck where you can enjoy a good piece of food while you can hear the noise of the waves and look out at the sea and the carnival islands. If you want to take a swim, you can do it in the nice pool. There is also a conservatory for a rainy summer day.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom furnished with two out together twin sized beds, and a sofa bed. There is wifi (100/100) and a tv. Just outside the door is a swimming pool and a common area for barbeque to enjoy in the hot summer evenings. Check-in at 13.00 time may be possible, message host too see what can be arranged.

The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that can be rented to. The house is located in Gnisvärd only 15 minutes drive from central Visby. From the residence you can get on 12 minutes by car to Visby Golfklubb, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.

Beautiful house with private garden, pool and orangerie in southern Visby. The garden borders the forest fence and is free of transparency and offers lovely outdoor rooms. At the area around the pool there are sun loungers, wood-fired pizza oven, barbecue and a table with seating for eight people. In the orangery there is a fireplace and a large table with seating for 10 people under the sparkling vines. It's all for lovely summer days on Gotland!
