Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Virginia Beach

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach, which made it so easy for our group to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The views were simply stunning and created such a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. There was plenty of space for our large group to spread out comfortably, and everything was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the home is cared for with a lot of attention to detail. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

We absolutely loved the house and all of the decor! There was no need to leave the house if we didn't want to due to the movies, records, stereo system, arcade machine and hot tub! But, my personal favorite was the kitchen! We will definitely be going back and staying at Adam's!! Side Note: The Legos are AMAZING!

If you’re looking for a perfect weekend or weeklong getaway, this is the place! The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. The home — inside and out — was spotless and beautifully maintained, and it’s just a quick 15-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the home and the whole experience! Our only issue was in our arrival and not being aware that high tide would impact when you should attempt getting to the house. More information regarding the tide schedule and if the roads within the houses are accessible would be very helpful. Recommendation to stop at the grocery store before you each the beach access road and what types of things are not supplied at the house would be good, too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay and Misty was great when we needed her. I would absolutely recommend this house to my friends and family and would love to visit again!

Staying here was the perfect way to spend a couple days relaxing with friends. We had an amazing time and all we could talk about was how amazing the place was. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. Farther from attractions and restaurants but perfect for families that want to cook and have more space to themselves. Beach area by the property is pristine and close enough to walk- plenty of horses to be seen without buying the tour. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful cottage getaway weekend! The kitchen was beautiful with little welcoming touches like K-cups with coffee and tea. The house was spacious and the outdoor area was so peaceful. Main street Smithfield was about a 10-15 minute drive with cute shops and delicious food. It was the perfect getaway weekend and we will definitely be back!

This beautiful house is so eccentric and cool, we absolutely loved it. The outside patio and yard was gorgeously lit at night. The house was very clean and well stocked. We cooked family meals in the big kitchen and had all needed utensils, cookware & dishes. We really enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard and soaking in the hot tub every night. We went out on the water with the paddle boards and also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The beach area is super cute!! This property is very private, peaceful & quiet. Our family of 8 had multiple devices and gaming systems using the wifi with no issues of lagging or buffering. We all enjoyed the movie room, playing video games, singing karaoke and watching movies. Everything worked properly as it should. All of us took a turn in the massage chair!! We fell in love with the pups Shadow & Wickett. Playing ball/fetch with Shadow was the highlight of our stay. Our host Erik was friendly and quickly answered our questions. Will definitely be back!

Great place 10 minutes from Busch Gardens. Very spacious bedrooms and common areas. Clean and equipped with all the necessities. My only “gripe” is I was expecting one king and one queen bed but got one king and two doubles. It wasn’t a big enough deal for us to request to be moved. Just be aware if that is a deal breaker for you.

Colleen's place was clean, great location right on the boardwalk and at a great value for my family's needs. Recommend if you're looking for a place right on VA Beach with lots of amenities in walking distance and especially if you just want to lay on the beach all day.

Matthew & Janet were wonderful and their place is beautiful. We’ve been staying in Corolla for 30 years and their home is one of the best we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Super Responsive, everything was as described. Definitely would recommend.

The property was beautiful. It was a timeshare property so lots of things to do. We took advantage of a presentation for discount tickets to the water park. Check in was a little difficult as my name was not in the list because I’m not the owner so there was some confusion there. Otherwise Margaret was very responsive and helpful in the situation. Overall great stay and great trip!

Igor was wonderful to work with. He answers quickly, he’s friendly and he takes care of the details. The Greensprings Villas we stayed in were clean and updated. All the amenities were open and we enjoyed all the pools, mini-golf and the play areas. It was perfect for big family. Be advised though that there are no elevators. It didn’t bother us but just be mindful of your guests.
