We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

A fantastic place! If you value peace and cleanliness, you are in the right place. The house is very tastefully decorated and very clean and it has everything you need. In the garden, next to the pool, there is also a second outdoor seating area by the grill. The landlords respond very quickly and are totally lovable. You gave us great recommendations. There are a few supermarkets in the vicinity, a few minutes' drive away, and Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes. We enjoyed the stay very much and had a great time!

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool - perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We felt completely comfortable and recommended the accommodation directly to friends and family. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation and privacy!

A great holiday in Privlaka - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this vacation home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

The place was great. Clean, well equipped, each room with its own bathroom and everything you need for a successful vacation. Check in and check out were absolutely straightforward and we were even able to check in earlier. All in all, a very nice time in Karlos' house.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in the villa! The accommodation was exactly as described - if not even more beautiful. Everything was well maintained, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped. The location was quiet and great for unwinding. A big thank you to our host – a real superhost! Communication was straightforward, friendly and always helpful. You felt welcome from the first moment. We can fully recommend this villa and the host – we could not have spent our Croatia vacation better. Gladly again!

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We had a dream week with Ljerka and her son Franz! Upon our arrival, they welcomed us like royalty with a plate of cold cuts and homemade pancakes – a lovely touch that immediately set the tone. Ljerka is exemplary in responsiveness and, if needed, Franz is always available, smiling and ready to help. The apartment is ideally located, quiet, just 10 minutes' drive from the center of Zadar. The balcony offers a splendid view of the sea, and direct access to an almost private beach makes the place even more magical. A real little corner of paradise, perfect for relaxing in the sun. We recommend it with our eyes closed, and even x1000, for all those who are looking for a peaceful break by the water!

My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Wonderful experience. The house is well-stocked, super clean. Sime was always very helpful, she responded right away. Ideal place to relax, without the stress of the city. Beautifully furnished apartment with a stunning roof terrace with jacuzzi, sun loungers and sea views! A real gem! We can only recommend this stay... Nin and its surroundings are absolutely worth exploring. The picturesque center of Nin is within walking distance. We certainly hope to be able to come back here again!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

A magnificent, impressive and beautiful villa that is superbly equipped. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy a wonderful week and would come back at any time. The hosts were very friendly and surprised us with numerous things on arrival (fruit, drinks, sweets). We can only say thank you for this paradise.

Spectacular location right next to a small beach cove with amazing views. Lots of great spots outside to relax, eat etc. Accommodation comfortable and immaculately clean.

super beautiful place on the water. easily walkable to many markets and restaurants, a short drive to the national park for hiking/climbing. has everything you might need for a stay.

This accommodation is really something very special, extremely large, especially the huge terrace, which offers every support. If you want to learn about the country and its people, you've come to the right place. You immediately feel at home. We especially enjoyed the different attentions, sometimes there were free eggs, from the free-range chickens, then freshly harvested cherries or garlic. We will definitely come back again.

One of the best place we have ever stayed

We had a wonderful holiday in the Ventus Blue as a family of four (with 2 adult children). The house is very well equipped, nicely furnished and was sparkling clean when we arrived. It is small, but it was perfectly sufficient for us in the good weather we had, as we could spend most of the time outside. The air conditioning upstairs was pleasant for sleeping. The location of the house was perfect for us: absolutely quiet in beautiful countryside between mountains and sea and at the same time close enough to the village to shop on foot, to drink and eat or to go to the small quiet beach. Sime's parents welcomed us very nicely and Sime himself was easy to reach. For those who prefer nature and tranquility on vacation, the Ventus Blue is highly recommended!

Beautiful country house in Mediterranean style and large plot, directly by the nature park. Perfect as a starting point for hiking, cycling or swimming in the sea. Simply great!
