A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

The apartment is very clean. It consists of one large bedroom with large comfortable bed and another small room with the two small beds. The bathroom I see it as one only (one for shower and two sinks - no toilet-, the other is only toilet and a sink). The cleanliness of the place is the main highlight, it is very clean. Don’t forget the peace that you will experience during your stay and the quietness since that the apartment is located in the ZTL area and close to protected buildings and very beautiful to walk on the neighborhood. Friendly people and beautiful nature surrounded us during this stay. The balcony is another big highlight as you can sit there forever just to admire the nature. We checked-in at late night and Dietmar was responsive and ensured that we got in the apartment. The kitchen also had what we needed of oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, tools in general and soap. We were very satisfied with Michael's apartment. We explored the Dolomites by car, the travel distances were fine to do. Also very nice that you have a private parking space in the garage. The apartment is exactly as the pictures and well kept. Communication with Michael also went well! We definitely recommend this place!

We booked the apartment for 2 days and one day, friends also came and stayed. The kitchen/TV area along with the huge terrace was the highlight with stunning views and lots of seating and even a candle to light in the evening. It soon became the centre of activity for us. We visited in June but for the winter there are lots of amenities like wood and a heater. The bathroom could be described as luxurious with a bathtub and even has the option of radio. We did not meet Bernie but met the owner when we arrived and he met us very warmly. The apartment is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighbourhood feels authentic and is an easy walk to Hall, which was also beautiful. There’s a supermarket right next to the apartment so very easy to stock up on essentials.

Great host. We were nicely welcomed at unexpected late check-in and because all shope and restaurants were closed, host provided us some free food.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Nice quiet apartment with everything you need. It was clean and tidy and you felt comfortable right away when you came in. The area has a fantastic nature and landscape and was very inviting for hiking. The check in and out was very straightforward and the hosts were there to help with any questions. WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Absolutely wonderful accommodation in the magnificent Alpine landscape. Beautiful and spacious apartment, good beds. Doris was kind and we felt really welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely come back if we travel to Bavaria again!

Our stay at the Sissi Queen Chalet was simply perfect. The location is fantastic - with a wonderful view and absolute peace. The chalet is modern, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the private spa area - simply heavenly after a day in nature! The hosts were warm and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Laura was a very responsive host, proactively communicating and sharing tips for our travel and check-in. The apartment was super super clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We also worked from the apartment which was easy thanks to the spacious kitchen and dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. The instructions on where to park were very detailed and it was extremely helpful to have a cold parking spot in the garage. 10/10 would visit again! 😊

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.

It is located in a small, quiet place, perfect for relaxing and escaping everyday life. Really liked the apartment. Free parking right in front of the apartment. Easy check in. Most of the items you need are there. Even some toys for toddlers. Will definitely stay there again.
