The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Beautiful property and comfortable space. The views were absolutely amazing. The whole place had perfect touches and the hosts were so nice. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this region - it made our visit so much better. Also loved the book detailing the history of the place :)

A very warm thank you from us, Sabine and Lorenz are perfect hosts. The view was stunning. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and cozy. The location is very quiet and about 2.5 km above Reischach, the cable car to Kronplatz is quickly accessible and bread service for breakfast reliable and fine. It was a wonderful experience to have been a guest here all around. We'll be back for sure🥰!

Great value for the money. The accommodation is perfectly located in a small town of a few hundred souls and allows you to shine between the different spots of the Dolomites. The accommodation is new and benefits from a large shaded and tiled terrace as well as a private garage that can largely accommodate an imposing SUV. The materials are of quality: Hansgrohe bathroom, induction plate, automatic garage door, non-slip slat on the stairs, automatic roller shutter. You can go there without a second thought.

Christiane and Roland are absolutely great hosts, remarkably kind, responsive and full of good advice! When we arrived, the accommodation was very well heated and above all extremely clean! It's very nice especially when we have children. The space is bright, modern, and tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is exceptional, in the heart of the mountains and with a superb view of the village church. We were so lucky to be able to wake up after a snowy night… just magical! And the kids were even able to improvise a toboggan run 🛷 in front of the house The accommodation is located in the heart of a small village that has a convenience store (not necessarily well indicated on Google Maps) and less than 15 minutes from a Conad City. The village even has its own small ice rink area. We'll be happy to go back! The kids and we loved it!

We had a great stay! For us, the place was perfectly located. About 1 hour to Bolzano and Merano and 1 hour to the Three Peaks and Lake Braies. The apartment was super clean and you felt comfortable all around!

We spent 5 nights in a beautiful apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. It was the best apartment we've ever stayed in. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the fantastic view from the balcony, to the extraordinarily warm hospitality of the hosts, everything fits here. During our trip, this was undoubtedly the best accommodation we stayed in. Verena and her family welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. The apartment is brand new, modern, tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail. It is clear that it has been designed with love and attention to offer maximum comfort to guests. In addition, the location is really convenient: within a few steps you will find breakfast bars, supermarkets and restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The impeccable cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere made everything perfect. A place we would definitely return to and wholeheartedly recommend!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.
