Holiday rentals with beach access in Vintijan

A very nice apartment, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Lucano and Tatjana are incredibly lovely people, very warm and helpful and Lucano also speaks German very well. Tatjana brought us 2 small homemade strudels!!! There is plenty of space in the apartment with a very nice bedroom with great beds, the living room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The sandy beach is easily accessible in 15 minutes on foot. Pula and the Kamenjak nature reserve can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as many beautiful beaches. These were incredibly relaxing days with dear people, in a beautiful country with very friendly people. We can only highly recommend everything!!!

We felt very comfortable with Ratko!! The apartment was clean and super big. The walk to the beach took 15 minutes and was nice. There are very many dining options nearby, so we could have fresh breakfast every morning. Thank you 🙏

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

In terms of pricing, it’s a notch above some other rentals but the experience of staying next to the arena is a once in a lifetime privilege. Such an immense aura of history and culture right before your eyes. Need to make up for a few shortcomings in physical terms but the emotional takeaway is priceless. The apartment is one floor up, very spacious with 3 lovely bathrooms. Car parking is convenient on the road downstairs as well as in a car park right opposite and payment is via an app, details of which are on a board in the car park. Day rates are Euro 6.50 per summer but jumps up considerably from 1st of June. Thank you Chris and Nick for keeping the faith. All the very best.

Great apartment and the hosts! Although we arrived late in the evening, Sonja warmly welcomed us and showed us the apartment, which was very clean, nicely decorated with all the necessities. It is especially suitable for families with children, because in the yard there is a football field, a trampoline, swings, a slide and a large garden house with a barbecue. It is veey good located, a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach and the city of Pula. Surely we would return to this place again when we come to Istria!

We stayed there over the weekend and had a blast. 😍The beach is about a minute away and with the bus you are in 10min in the middle of Pula. My small one cried because we had to leave 😂 The apartment was completly renovated and very clean. Thank you for the hospitality.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! It was simply unforgettable in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation is modern and tastefully furnished and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is located in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are just a few minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay something very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We can only recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back!

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Beautiful stay, host is extremely welcoming. She offered us one extra night free of charge because we were hit by bad weather forecast for our time of stay!

Beautiful apartment. It doesn't look that big in the photos. Two huge bedrooms. In addition, there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining room. Beautiful terrace with another table. There is a gas grill. Top-notch kitchen facilities. Not only standard dishes, but also practical things: foil, baking paper, etc. We had fruit waiting for us. For the kids, sweet croissants, but there was also something for the evening 😏 in the bathroom, a washer + ankle.

I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the place is clean, very well located, comfortable and beautiful. It has a super nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend and would like to stay there again. The only two “buts” we found was 1) check out time is very early and 2) one as a guest has to take out the trash and go throw it in one of the containers at the end of their stay? I had never really read anything like that on an airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, carriolas and suitcases, if it was heavy also carrying the garbage and dividing us to go for the containers. We were super in a hurry to get out on time and also stressed about garbage😅. Outside of that, the truth is that everything is very good and Katarzyna is very attentive to offer us crib.

First of all: Alba! She made this stay something special! She was always friendly, interested in the life and plans of her guests and gave us great tips for the area! We were also lucky to meet Goran. He also gave us great tips for the area and was always friendly. The apartment is not very big but adequate. The pool is extremely well maintained and the terrace is super clean. A plus point is the washing machine in the room, which we - thanks to Alba, who supplied me with detergent - could also use 😉 The bathroom is also small, but really totally sufficient. The bed is comfortable. The dining area is also very well maintained and can be used by all guests. In particular, a grill is also available there. Pula is easy to reach by bus and on foot, and the nearest beach is not far away. An insider tip is a hike to Galebove Stijene. Great beach with a great path right on the shore! See you soon! ❤️

Great stay, close to the water, friendly and kind neighbors.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

Ivana's place was excellent, great location, comfortable bed, great balcony and view. Would highly recommend this accommodation, really enjoyed our first visit 😀

Apparemment had a great view on the sea. It was cosy.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Amazing location right by the Church and within walking distance of everything you need. Andrew was responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
