Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. The apartment is a part of the family house with separate entrance. It is located on the first floor and includes 1 bedroom (2 persons)+ the pull- out sofa in the living room for 2 aditional persons, bathroom and kitchen (fridge ,stoves, kettle for water and coffee) air conditioning, SAT TV, free Wi-fi and free parking place next to the house. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a mosquito net on the window. The living room has the exit on the terrace 4 chairs, table and drying rack.

Apartment Vin is located in a small quiet place Vinkuran not far from Pula. Our apartment is just few steps from Soline bay, 350 meters from the sea. You can reach the nearest beach on foot in 10 min. Soline Bay is ideal for lovers of kayaking or paddling. Three smaller islands with beautiful beaches and clear sea are available nearby. Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.

This little village is perfect to escape from the frustrating life and noise. The appartment is new as well as everything in it. The kitchen wich is equipped with everything you need .Close to Vinkuran there is Medulin, RT Kamenjak, Premantura and Pula. There is a gas station ,a supermarket and a beautiful beach in just 5 minutes distance.

You will love it! Refreshing & clean, combination of modern and traditional, spacious (80 sqm) and fully equipted apartment. Two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dinning & kitchen, and small office (with an extra bed in case you would need it). Bed linens and towels are provided. The location is fantastic, small and quite fishing place by the sea. All the popular places (Pula, Medulin, N.P. Brijuni) & beaches (Kamenjak, Banjole..) are reachable in 10 min by car.
