We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. There are also restaurants not far away. Nevertheless, the environment is always quiet and you can enjoy your holiday without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

We had a great time in this beautiful house in Croatia! Everything was just like in the photos – clean, modern and furnished with great attention to detail. The location was perfect: quiet and right by the sea. We particularly liked the well-kept garden - ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly and easy to reach. The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

The accommodation is in a quiet spot by a river, which runs just in front of the house. The view from the terrace was nice, and the setting was something a bit different. We had a great dinner in town too!

We spent 2 days in Iva’s house as a stop on the way to Dalmatia. It was a great time, as her house was so comfortable for our family of five, the surroundings marvelous and the sea so nice to swim on sups. Really great place to stay for your holidays.

We had it all to ourselves, which gave us the utmost privacy and comfort. The location of the house is perfect – close to the beautiful clean sea and at the same time with easy access to the surrounding nature and tourist attractions. The house was clean, spacious and very well equipped. We greatly appreciated the air conditioning, which kept us at a comfortable temperature during the hot days. The view from the deck was stunning, and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening. The hosts were very kind, hospitable and always available when we needed guidance or assistance. Their communication was quick and efficient which made our entire stay very easy. We definitely recommend this house for everyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Croatia with a stunning view and all that is needed for a relaxing holiday. We'd love to come back again!

Jelena, the host, was super welcoming and very responsive from the very first moment. We met her for the check-in, she showed us the house and amenities and was very helpful throughout our whole stay. She really was lovely and made our stay even better. The house and the facilities are awesome, very clean, beautifully furnished, and spacious. With 5 people, we had enough space for luggage and our belongings in the bed- and bathrooms as well as the living area. The A/C in the house allows for a calm and cold sleep even when its hot outside, which is an additional plus! The neighborhood is rather small with the beach in walkable distance. We spent a lot of time at the pool, cooked dinner at the BBQ station and enjoyed the evenings at the terrace. Zadar is 40min away and there is a very beautiful national park within 1.5h of drive which is worth a visit. We would definitely come back and rent this house again as we were absolutely happy with our stay, the house, and the host!

Kata is a super hostess and warmly welcomed us right on the street. She and her friends were always available to us and gave us useful hints and tips without being asked. Kata's apartment offers everything you need as a family of 5 and the location is just perfect. In 2 minutes you will be at an easily accessible rocky beach, in 5 minutes at the somewhat livelier “city beach” of Vinjerac. Kata grilled us delicious fish, baked fritatas and pancakes and was never intrusive or even disturbing. The garden with outdoor shower is perfect for nice quiet evenings and invites you to linger. We would like to stay with Kata again any time.

Bruno’s apartment was clean, cozy, and matched the photos perfectly. He was a communicative and helpful host, even letting us check out later. The only slight downside was some street noise, but overall it was a great stay and I’d happily come back.

Beautiful apartment with terrace and seating in front of the house, spacious and well equipped, very clean. Great location, 100 meters from the beach, parking right next to the apartment. The landlord is very accommodating, it was a great vacation in this environment. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful and quiet accommodation in a mountain village 10 minutes from Primosten with a great pool.

A small but very nice apartment, located in a Croatian village. Quiet and peaceful. Very nice nearest beach to drive to. It was only on Sunday that there were a lot of people on it. You just have to keep in mind that a car is necessary when booking this apartment. Nataša is a super host with whom communication is very good.
