Al piano primo, raggiungibile con una singolare scale a chiocciola in legno , si trovano una camera matrimoniale ed una cameretta con due letti singoli ed un bagno . Dispone di un cortile ed una terrazza in cui potreste riposarvi .

Farvi abitare per un breve periodo di vacanza negli appartamenti che vi abbiamo riservato, scoprire il parco che sconfina nel bosco con il suo laghetto ed il torrente che azionava le macine e ancora scorre.
