Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Rachida and her husband are always concerned about the well-being of the people who rent their home, which is very clean and well maintained. They communicate a lot and easily as needed while knowing how to maintain discretion throughout the stay.

Everything was nice. Its quiet but close enough to Paris to go to the City quickly. The room(s) are cozy and me and my partner had a wonderful time there

Incredibly good communication, responded instantly to every problem we experienced. We entered the house quickly and practically. The location of the house is a little far from the center, but it is a safe neighborhood, quiet. It met our expectations completely.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

We spent two nights. Véronique was very responsive and accommodating, very quiet neighborhood near Orly, the accommodation although small was identical to the photos and practical, I thank the host for her kindness.

It was the best Airbnb we've ever been to. Highly recommended and it was impeccable. Anita and Arnaud are excellent hosts, always willing to answer your questions with sympathy and warmth. We will surely repeat this accommodation on our future visit to Paris.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. It is a perfect accommodation for two people and is located very close to bus stops as well as trains and trams.

A fantastic apartment kept in excellent condition. The space of all of the rooms was perfect for our family of four, and the children loved the big tv in the lounge and having a desk in their room to do their drawings. The balcony was lovely and the apartment was perfect for us! Local mini supermarket and train station a short walk away, as well as a couple of play parks. Can recommend!

A big thank you to Fabien who does everything for his visitors with an instant reaction. - the accommodation described is perfect, beautiful living room, large TV, beautiful bedroom with 160 bed and very good mattress, perfect bathroom with washing machine, small outdoor area, appreciable, nothing to complain about, but beware the tram t9 has a special price. If I come back to Paris, this is where I will come again. Thank you FABIEN, it is rare to find accommodation so well suited. HENRI

the ONLY slightly negative is the apartment is located on a main street and very noisy with the patio doors open however the triple pane windows stop almost all the noise when closed. we enjoy the cool air with the doors open but it was noisy. I would highly recommend this apartment. it's just a short walk to the metro and the you have Paris by the tail. Great place to be and affordable.

Had a pleasant stay at Bernard's place - the studio is very well equipped with everything we needed. The area is safe and accessible by metro to the main attractions in Paris. Bernard has been very responsive and kind to our requests and we will back anytime we are in Paris. Thank you !

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!
