Excellent! I was on vacation 8000km from home and alone... I had a very good feeling that was confirmed. I felt safe. The neighborhood is safe. 6 mins from the tram on foot. Bakeries, supermarkets and others nearby. The fan saved my life with the heat in Paris, but it was nice in the apartment without a fan. Bed very comfortable. Great welcome, thank you for everything! ❤️

The five of us (2 adults and 3 children) had a very pleasant stay at the accommodation. The elevator and underground parking were ideal for us, as well as the ideal location for the metro. The supermarket opposite with very long opening hours had everything we needed as a family for the morning and evening hours. Billy was very accommodating and forthcoming as far as the check-in and check-out time is concerned and we felt very comfortable. We are happy to recommend the accommodation!

Excellent location! Very close to a bus stop. Which takes you to the center of Paris. It's very easy because now you can download the card from your iPhone and also load train or subway tickets. A burger and pasta restaurant nearby! Very quiet, good service, private atmosphere and everything modern.

The place was great. 7min walking distance to metro station N.7 and then there is grrat connection to the center of the city. Clean appartment,very nice natural light. Thank you very much for everything.

Cindy's apartment was just perfect for our stay. It is located right next to a subway station, and a supermarket is also very close. The apartment is excellently furnished and we didn't miss anything. We would come back anytime. ☺️

Had a wonderful stay!! The apartment was absolutely perfect, fully equipped with everything you will need. It is just down the road from the metro so you can easily get anywhere but even just Bourg la reine was great with some nice local restaurants and cafes, even just if you want to go for a nice walk about. Hadi the host was brilliant, gave clear instructions, recommendations and was always happy to help. We couldn’t have had a better time 🤩

Phuong’s apartment was lovely and a perfect base for our time in Paris. Highly conveniently located just next to a metro (Laplace station) and has good amenities close by. Would strongly recommend staying here for your time in Paris!

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you needed! It is ideal for 6 people, but we had a great time even with 8. The owners were very kind, they answered every question immediately and even went out of their way to bring us a new coffee machine when we had problems with the first one. Highly recommended!!! Perfect location: quiet neighborhood but very close to the city center (30 min by train, €2.50 ticket). The apartment is amazing, it has all the necessary amenities, it is spacious and comfortable. It also has a terrace from which you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower. We felt at home. Alexis was always extremely attentive, responding immediately to our questions. The only downside was the 10 a.m. check-out time, which seems early to us.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall had a good experience. The location was beautiful, trendy, and matched the listing photos. The Airbnb was comfortable, clean & well-equipped which made my stay pleasant. Communication with the host was slightly vague which delayed check-in. But check-out was smooth. A couple of things to note for future guests is to walk around to side entrance because the GPS brings you to front entrance. Overall, I would recommend this place for travelers, and I appreciate the host’s hospitality. Thank you for a nice stay!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Exactly as described, everything is clean and the metro is easy to reach. Cheap accommodation if you want to explore Paris as you can quickly get anywhere. The room is a bit small, but has everything you need.

Catalina's house is a great place to stay, it has a good location, shops and restaurants nearby, the subway is also nearby, her hospitality is unparalleled, she was always attentive to help us

Very clean and tidy place, little bit out of the way of the centre but very easy access to metro to travel around. Would definitely recommend

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Very nice accommodation and very nice host!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
