Rachida et son époux ont le souci permanent du bien être des personnes qui louent leur logement au demeurant très propre et bien entretenu. Ils communiquent beaucoup et facilement au besoin tout en sachant conserver une discrétion tout au long du séjour.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

İnanılmaz iyi iletişim, her yaşadığımız problemde anında cevap verdi. Eve hızlı ve pratik şekilde girdik. Evin konumu merkezden biraz uzak ama güvenli bir semt, sessiz sakin. Beklentilerimizi tamamen karşıladı.

Der Aufenthalt war toll und die Lage für uns als Familie super. Als Familie mit 5 Personen hätten wir ein vorhandener Geschirrspühler sehr geschätzt. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr gepflegt, sauber und nicht überstellt mit unnötigen Dekosachen. Eine vorhandene Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und einen Staubsauger vor Ort zu haben ist super für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passés deux nuits Véronique était très réactive et arrangeante ,quartier très calme a proximité d'Orly,le.logement bien que petit était identique aux photos et pratique ,je remercie hôte pour sa gentillesse .

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

Es un alojamiento perfecto para dos personas y está ubicado muy cerca de las paradas de guagua como de los trenes y tranvías.

Un grand merc i a fabien qui fait tout pour ses visiteurs avec une reaction instantanee. -le logement decrit est parfait belle piece a vivre grand ecran tele belle chambre avec lit de 160 et tres bon matelas salle de bains parfaite avec lave linge petit coin exterieur apreciable rien a redire mais attention le tram t9 a une tarification speciale si je reviens sur paris c est ici que je reviendrai encore merci FABIEN c est rare de trouver un logement aussi bien adapte HENRI

Paulo m'a transmis un livret extrêmement complet sur le logement plusieurs semaines avant le séjour. Il a pris soin d'écrire également plusieurs jours avant le séjour. Il est très disponible et réactif

the ONLY slightly negative is the apartment is located on a main street and very noisy with the patio doors open however the triple pane windows stop almost all the noise when closed. we enjoy the cool air with the doors open but it was noisy. I would highly recommend this apartment. it's just a short walk to the metro and the you have Paris by the tail. Great place to be and affordable.

Had a pleasant stay at Bernard's place - the studio is very well equipped with everything we needed. The area is safe and accessible by metro to the main attractions in Paris. Bernard has been very responsive and kind to our requests and we will back anytime we are in Paris. Thank you !

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!
