The perfect accommodation for two people, everything new and in detail, does not lack anything , Carlos as a host rubs the perfection received us and I give us some things that in no place where we have been have given us and there are not a few rural apartments and houses that we have gone to, maximum cleaning and all the products to keep it as clean, gels, sponges, towels, sheets, tablecloths, all the closets with soap tablets so that they smell good, the kitchen menu is perfect and with extra knives that cut (few places there are), glasses even for the rain, big and good TV umbrellas, another small one in the room, the bed very comfortable, shoe rack in the room, simply unbelievably at a good price. Carlos the only thing missing is a small table just to leave the drinks in front of the sofa, but the only thing else Chapeau!!! come back almost for sure as I have things left pending, Carlos a greeting and it was wonderful to be there

We had a great time, the house was just what we were looking for our vacation. It is located in a very quiet village, but with many options to visit several points of interest in less than an hour by car. The house is very spacious, furnished as shown in the photos and for cooking there is everything you need. From the balcony and the first floor there are beautiful views of the sea. We usually travel with our dogs, so it is very important for us that there is a garden. In this case, there is a large garden with grass, which the dogs (two greyhounds) have enjoyed to the fullest. The garden is fenced with a hedge, in which there were a couple of holes where the dogs can get out if they have a reason (like a cat). That's why we prefer to always go out with them, so they can play and run, but under supervision. It wasn't much of a nuisance, but if you go with dogs, you have to take it into account. Finally, communication with Fatima and Carmen was great and without problems.

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful gem in Asturias. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature, peaceful and striking views, and the kind of charm that makes you want to stay forever. The accommodation itself was perfect, just as described (if not better!) with thoughtful details, cozy comfort, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what truly made this experience special was Suni. She was the most wonderful host—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she puts her heart into making guests feel at home. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this has truly been one of my favorites. I left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

My daughter and I have had a great time. Henar was always aware that our stay was as pleasant as possible. She has always been attentive to any questions that arise regarding surrounding services, leisure places, transportation... We have offered all your support, also logistical, to get to know and enjoy this beautiful part of Asturias. I highly recommend it. She is an excellent host.

A perfect experience at Minicasa Adela We spent 4 wonderful days at Minicasa Adela and we couldn't be happier. The house is charming, it seems taken from a fairy tale, like the chocolate house, cozy and fully equipped to feel at home from the first moment. Pilar, the owner, was very attentive and thoughtful. She left us absolutely everything we needed to live a normal life: paper, soap, towels, hair dryer, oil, ice... even a crib for the baby! The impeccable cleanliness and the environment is ideal for disconnecting: surrounded by mountains and forests, a place of total tranquility. Even so, it is very well located, just 25 minutes from the beach and close to Pravia, which makes it an excellent starting point to get to know Asturias. If you have the opportunity, do not hesitate to take a walk through the village and chat with its people. Close and authentic people. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to. It has become my resting heaven

The house is located in a quiet area with supermarket and restaurants nearby, 5 min drive from a beach, with a large lawn and river area to be with the dog. María del Mar has been super attentive in case we needed anything.

We were a group of seven for four days and we can't be happier. Marcos' house is better than it appears in photos, it is very spacious and has great views. The terrace/garden comes great if the weather is good. Regarding Marcos, the communication was unbeatable, since we booked the house she wrote to us, and stayed in touch all the time, giving us recommendations as soon as we arrived. We will definitely be back here.
