Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Villaviciosa

My stay in the house was great. The apartment is in a privileged location, four minutes from the center. It has all the services around it, several supermarkets, restaurants, shops. The entrance and exit to go see other villages is fantastic. The condition of the house is wonderful, with very good mattresses, washing machines, dryer, independent kitchen no sounds are heard It has a garage space one minute away for a large vehicle. I recommend it 100% and the owners are very attentive and I thank them for the stay.

Really stylish room in the heart of the City of Gijón! We enjoyed our stay at this lovel place and felt very comfortable. It's so well equiped and has everything one needs for a Citytrip. Would absolutely return to this place at anytime!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! Everything is great and very friendly. When I left, I checked out in the early morning in a hurry and left one of the keys in the lock. Luckily, they solved it without any problems and were very kind to communicate with me.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet suburb of Oviedo. Ana's flat is light, spacious, and modern. Overall, it's a lovely space to live in - comfy bedroom, great shower, second bathroom, desk/table to work at, etc. The parking space is very handy. The area itself has all the usual amenities, including a wide range of big supermarkets nearby (Mercadona, Alimerka, Familia, Lidl, etc. are all within a few minutes walking). It's a bit further into the centre (25-35mins) but that means that the sites at Monte Naranco are well within walking distance. It's also worth noting that there are some good parks nearby for sunbathing, walking the dog, etc. Overall, a very good AirBnb experience and one that we would be happy to repeat if back in Oviedo.

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment! Rossana is incredibly kind, she met us near the building and made us feel welcome right away. Communication was smooth from the start, and we even had the chance to check in a bit earlier. We stayed for two nights with our cat, so one of the biggest advantages of this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean and cozy, perfectly located near Riaño and not too far from Picos de Europa. We definitely recommend this place!

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. Everything is modern and new. Thank you very much Marcos

House in a quiet area, there was a bit of humidity but the house had dehumidifier to use if needed. She covered expectations and Julio Antonio communicated kindly and smoothly throughout the stay

Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, cozy and with everything you need. On the part of the hosts, everything was easy, with good service and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

It is a piece of house to go to spend the weekend and enjoy the tranquility with friends or whoever it is. Pd: We made friends of the donkey.

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

Maria’s place is a gem. We were delighted to stay in her property and she is amazing with customer service and beyond. I was very grateful she took time out of her busy agenda to meet us and share her knowledge of the area. Thanks, Maria we will see you in the near future! Maria and Jose

A great place and a very helpful landlord. A bulb blew and he had it fixed that day while we were out. Overall perfect. Would happily stay again.

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

We lived in the apartment for about a month, during which time we were able to appreciate both the accommodation itself and the wonderful Llanes. The apartment is in a new building, there is a convenient parking lot suitable for SUVs, there is a swimming pool, but we did not use it. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances for comfortable cooking, and is also easy to clean. A bed with a comfortable mattress. The Internet is fast. The only small disadvantage for us, since we worked from home, was that the workplace was only at the kitchen table. But in general, the price-quality ratio is excellent, we were very pleased with our choice.
