Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

We've been very comfortable at Carlos' apartment. It's like it's described in the listing and you can see in the photos, very clean, manicured and tidy. It has everything you need: food, linens, towels, wifi, mobile air appliance… The location is perfect, in the center of Villaviciosa and in a quiet street, which ensures you can rest at night. Carlos was waiting for us since we made the reservation, he personally took care of us, making it easy to enter and hand over keys. He has also recommended places to visit and places to eat very well in the area. When we return to Villaviciosa we will repeat the accommodation.

Place was amazing absolutely had everything to make you feel at home... All the little details and comforts were greatly appreciated... Would stay there next time we are in the city...🥰

Very nice flat and Daniele a great host...a few little issues...for us the walk down to the beach...or should I say the walk back up... was just too steep (we are 60 but reasonably fit)...the TV didn't work to enable Netflix/Prime (we did say but it couldn't be fixed) turning the car round was V difficult when the other flat occupier parked in the turning spot, the sofa (a sofa bed) was uncomfortable for sitting and quite worn... sorry to be a bit critical because overall we had a great time! It's such a beautiful area.

A meticulously decorated, impeccable and well-located apartment. You can tell that there is affection in all the details (for example, they even leave you coffee, tea, sugar and milk for breakfast, which is appreciated). Chus was an exceptional host. He was quite flexible with our arrival time and was kind and willing to answer all our questions. We would definitely repeat and recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Chus and Ana!

I have no doubts...I have been to Gijón several times and this apartment has undoubtedly been the best of all. Oliver and his wife are the best hosts. Everything is fantastic... you feel at home... I will definitely repeat when I return to Gijón. One ten out of ten.

This apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, pristine. Sad we couldn't stay longer! Joaki left us lots of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and sweets to welcome us.

Great location, easy to get to the main attractions, the beach, the nicer restaurants and bus station. Bed was super comfortable, large shower, natural light, well equipped kitchen.

This apartment is located in the middle of Arenas and from the balcony you have a nice view of the mountains. If anything came up, they responded quickly. Furthermore, everything neat and clean and equipped with everything, only no kettle. But that wasn't such a problem

We absolutely loved Elena’s apartment. If we could give it more than five stars we would! The apartment was clean, fresh, and beautiful. It contained everything that we needed. The location is on a pedestrian street with shops, cafes, and amazing restaurants nearby. Elena was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay there again when we return to Aviles.

The apartment is very well located. It has a very cool decoration with many details throughout the house of fish and photos of the sea and the area of Ribadesella very beautiful made by Javier. It has all kinds of amenities to make you feel at home, we were very comfortable. Javier was very kind and quick to respond, giving us the relevant explanations at home. He also has a notebook where everything related to the apartment is very well detailed, such as lights, controls, etc. If we return to Ribadesella, we will stay with them. Thanks to Javier and Marta

Highly recommended, from the first to the last day Carlos has always been attentive and responded quickly to my needs, the house is super modern and is super well distributed, and has incredible views of the estuary and the mountain!! You have EVERYTHING less than 5 minutes away, supermarket, kiosk, bars and the center!!! Even the bus and train station is 2 minutes away. I will repeat 100% with this charming apartment and friendly owners ✨

A really nice sized apartment for our family of 4, with great views of the incredible town of Ribadesella. We loved our stay and would choose Cristina’s place again if we visit in the future.

The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!
