The condominium is super cute, quiet, very quiet, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to the center of Pucón. On the other hand Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, he gives you very clear directions from the 1st moment, excellent communication. I would undoubtedly stay there when I returned to Pucón... Recommended with my eyes closed.

I loved the apartment very comfortable, the kitchen is also the super clean bathroom. well located the apartment because it takes you away from the noise and you can rest quiet and it is a 6 minute drive to shopping center, the waterfront and many restaurants. Excellent place to spend a few days in Pucon. Having a washing machine was a plus for us. Very organized, with a stove and plenty of bedding in case of cold days, a very spacious refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchen. Recommended!

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

The house is very nice, comfortable and spacious for large groups. Best: the view of the lake (very easy access to this from the garden) and the availability of lounge chairs, chitasoles, kayaks and beach toys for children. That made us have a very restful and entertaining vacation. Ignacio answers the doubts very quickly so highly recommended!

An exceptional apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with a choice of indoor and outdoor eating and sitting areas, and with stunning views. We’ve stayed in many AirBnbs and this is one of the best! Communication was excellent and Maria Magdalena was very helpful. The only drawback for us was that it is about 25 kms west of Pucon and all the outdoor adventures we wanted to do are to the east of Pucon. So if you are active and want to hike every day or do white water rafting or visit hot springs you will be doing a lot of driving to get to your destinations.

The place is located only 5 minutes from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common spaces and the kitchen has everything so you can prepare breakfast or dinners. It's very quiet so you get a good rest. Francisco is very friendly and is always there to answer your questions. I'd stay there again:)

Andrés was a great host and his apartment, on the last floor of the building, has a truly amazing view. Andres was very flexible and helpful and accommodated all our requests. We’d gladly stay with him again.

Everything is good, nice place, very good facilities, easy to get to, you can walk to any downtown location. Just one thing, it's close to a wetland and at night if you don't have the terrace closed, it's impossible to be there because of the mosquitoes.
