Excellent stay, the description of the place was accurate, impeccable apartment had everything you need, the place is very quiet to be with the family and Andrea is always attentive and considerate of her guests, we will definitely be back.

Very good option, we went with two children and it accommodated us very well, the apartment is very quiet and has very good heating. We asked if we could leave later for check-out and there was no problem.

Second time we have stayed in the department of M. José and everything was excellent! His instruction manual, the labels on the furniture to know how it works, the interior design, the wide variety of kitchen utensils that are always needed, the streaming available, and his kindness to answer any questions. It is a safe, quiet, central place by car and walking, with a supermarket a few blocks away, and the very good temperate pool. A comfortable and cozy space that gave us a rested closure of our vacation. Thank you for your coffee bean and coffee available (which we repusive), and the essential cotton petals and paper rods to remove make up and that I had run out! Thank you for everything and we will definitely come back!

Everything is good, nice place, very good facilities, easy to get to, you can walk to any downtown location. Just one thing, it's close to a wetland and at night if you don't have the terrace closed, it's impossible to be there because of the mosquitoes.

Excellent apartment with a very good location, since although it is central, it is in a very quiet space ideal for disconnecting. Both the furniture and the facilities are all in good condition and useful. The apartment is a good size, with a somewhat cold construction, but this is solved with the electric stoves that the property itself has. On the other hand, Franco's willingness to resolve any type of doubt or query is always very good. In short, a very good place to stay, highly recommended.

An exceptional apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with a choice of indoor and outdoor eating and sitting areas, and with stunning views. We’ve stayed in many AirBnbs and this is one of the best! Communication was excellent and Maria Magdalena was very helpful. The only drawback for us was that it is about 25 kms west of Pucon and all the outdoor adventures we wanted to do are to the east of Pucon. So if you are active and want to hike every day or do white water rafting or visit hot springs you will be doing a lot of driving to get to your destinations.

Apartment with a good view, large space and quite natural light. What could improve, but it is not up to the host, it is the issue of the smells of the drain, in some hours it felt quite strong and that's because just downstairs, piso -3 there are sewer ducts. It is necessary to do a handling with the smells there.

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

Excellent accommodation, very nice apartment and its surroundings. Upon arrival, the very friendly concierge welcomed us. Manuel is always in touch and attentive to any questions. The apartment is as described and shown in the photos, very clean and comfortable.

Everything is as shown in the publication, the location was excellent since there was very good access to the different routes, consider that there is no washing machine for those who travel for many days.

Everything is very good in the apartment, very comfortable, it has everything, nothing is missing. One day we made pizza and even the pizza cutter was there. I like that they think of everything you might need and we found it here. The bed is comfortable for a good rest. I felt at home, definitely coming back to Pucon, I would stay with Marco again.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, maybe a little small kitchen, but we arranged very well, a spectacular balcony overlooking the lake. The Host was always very responsive and quick to respond. The stay was excellent. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures and in the description, all very clean, neat and comfortable. The area is super quiet, ideal for resting, and also has very good security, which made me feel very safe throughout the stay. The gym is complete and in very good condition, perfect for working out without leaving the place. There is also a very entertaining and well cared for play area. Overall, everything was as I expected, or even better. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

2nd time we stayed and we like it very much !! The apartment if you go by car is close to the lake, the supermarket . the view is also very nice.
