This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped - we lacked nothing. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We especially liked the loving details in the furnishings and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

The house is very well maintained and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well cared for, clean and welcoming. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via AirBnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a telephone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We couldn't have wished for a better accomodation in Pula! The house is cozy, well equipped, was spot clean and we loved the outside area. On top of that, Claudio was one of the kindest hosts we ever met with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

We had a great stay here, even though we stayed a little shorter than planned the hosts were very understanding and friendly! The house was just as expected with everything we needed. Bonus points for the washing machine, so great to be able to do your own laundry! Everything was clean and we were very satisfied overall!

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Excellent choice for lovers of nature and tranquility. The place is spacious and impeccably clean. The little extra is provided by the hostess, the very beautiful and cuddly Luna, who meows you welcome at each arrival. Ubaldo also takes care of 14 cats, offering them a shelter at the entrance of the Cala Domestica, a little south of Buggeru, where he brings them food 3 times a week. We attended a feeding session and it was funny, because there is a cat - maybe the leader? - who makes his own rules in the pack. In short, it was a pleasant stay in all respects.

We had a wonderful start to the vacation in Raffaela's accommodation. Communication in advance went smoothly. We were warmly greeted with an incredibly delicious wine. The entire facility is well maintained and clean, the equipment extensive and in very good condition, so we could cook every evening. Raffaela thinks of everything, from the dish sponge to the conditioner, in principle we could have arrived without any equipment. Also for a beach visit, everything is on site (parasol, etc.) I have never experienced such a well-equipped accommodation, in which I immediately felt at home. At the property you have absolute peace and quiet and yet you are only a few minutes by car from the beach, and there are shopping facilities. Be sure to try the delicious figs in chia, which are also sold at fruit stalls.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is stunning with great views of the coastline. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this place for a perfect Sardinian getaway!

Beautiful apartment. Renovated and furnished with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything you need. Idyllic terrace with swing. In the middle of the village, great tips from Riccardo. Airbnb as it should be.

The house is very modernly furnished. The devices are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, the only thing missing is storage space in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is not only beautifully decorated, but also excellently equipped – we really lacked nothing. The private parking directly at the accommodation was particularly pleasant, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is quiet and ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life – perfect for city dwellers who long for a break. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and hygienic, from the living space to the spacious, lovingly designed garden. A big plus are the windows equipped with fly screens, through which you can enjoy the peace and quiet without having to worry about insects. The hosts were extremely friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings!
