House holiday rentals in Villamartin

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The host Anna is amazing and very helpful, it really makes a difference. The area everything you need within walking distance I would say 10 mins in either direction you have shops and pubs and amazing restaurants. The villa - if your looking for super modern chrome, white tiles and flat screen tvs then this isn’t the place for you, this villa is transitional Spanish has a new kitchen but the decor ext I would class as traditional. The inside has a lot of wood , red older type items but that was fine for us , also has everything you need , iron , plenty of utensils bits and bobs to get you started. The pool is amazing it’s got built in stairs so good for anyone with mobility issues it’s not heated but was warm due to the fab weather, upstairs is 1 room with bathroom was good for us as we like our own space. The garden is absolutely stunning with a bbq and is really well kept and private it was windy one day and we hardly felt it. Overall fab place not the most modern but who cares :)

Hosts are extremely nice! House was like it was described, nice, brite and clean. Area was really peaceful.

Beautiful villa with amazing amenities, looks just like the photos. Close to shops which is great 😃 Hosts very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended would stay again 😃

The apartment is a dream, just like the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped for those of us who like to cook. The parking is very comfortable, it is not roofed, but an SUV can enter without problems. The Wi-Fi speed ranges from 200 to 400 Mbps, ideal for those who work remotely. The sunsets, as the description says: the best in Spain.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back in this familiar area again. The villa felt spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were very well maintained. There was plenty of space to enjoy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tom’s agent Michael was very responsive. The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.

Amazing holiday with our 2 young children. The rooms had plenty of storage and helpful baskets to make organising our luggage easy. Children felt cold so I checked there was duvets in the cupboards plenty of extras like containers and sandwich bags which made all the difference for us. The villa is very clean, modern and stylish. Quiet surroundings no noise or issues. We used a supermarket delivery and glavo during our stay which was also handy. We will defo return ! But do hire a car and explore makes all the difference.

Villa Kip is really well situated, close to nature and walks along the (dry) riverbed, but also within walking distance of several restaurants, and shops a few minute's drive away. With the beach 20 minutes away and the pool and hot tub to hand, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The place was perfect and was as described. The place was peaceful and quiet, we liked spending time there. Alexander was very responsive.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The apartment is well worth the 5 star rating. The view is amazing, great location for everything and Carlos was on hand for anything that come up. G Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

Martins villa is beautiful, everything you need and more, even better than the photos. Pool is just perfect,close to restaurants and bars. Martin was very helpful and great communication. Will definitely return 😃

Lovely villa, fantastic location. Own private pool, all amenities you could need, very clean. The service provided when collecting the keys was outstanding and so easy. We had a fabulous week and hope to return soon.

We stayed for 10 days at Daiva’s rental. It was perfect for us, we were close to friends nearby. Lots of nice restaurants, bars & supermarket 20 minute walk away. The house was very clean & modern, large shower & comfortable bed. Furnished very nicely, good WiFi & all the amenities we needed. The terrace is very large & private. Great for sunbathing. Daiva is lovely, very approachable & responded very quickly when I had a problem with the washing machine, turned out it was me not the washing machine!!! We would stay again without hesitation & recommend it to you wholeheartedly.

Accommodation was perfect. We had a pleasant stay. The house was spacious. The pool was amazing. The barbecue was great. Owner attentive, helpful, pleasant, gallant.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heiko and Martina’s beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated — it truly feels like a home away from home. The heated pool was a highlight for us, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The outdoor area is peaceful and private, ideal for both sunbathing and cozy evening dinners. Heiko and Martina are amazing hosts — very welcoming, friendly, and responsive to every question we had. They gave us fantastic local tips and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We stayed for 11 days at Helena’s beautiful home. From the beginning Helena was extremely helpful and attentive with our late flight in and spoke clearly through our check in and where everything was for us! Helena’s home was spacious and private and just what we needed to relax and take a vacation! Couldn’t recommend this stay more ! Perfect for couples,families and anyone looking to relax and rewind !

We had a great week at this place. Ilona answered my questions very quickly and helped us. He left in the house 2 bottles of wine and water for us, very good detail. We would undoubtedly repeat

A few issues in the beginning but they were sorted quickly. Hot water wasn’t working and engineer was booked and came the next day. Host was very quick to respond with any queries we had and sorted issues quickly. The location is lovely and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was spotless and it is in a good area with lots to do. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely few days at Louise’s. Very convenient location, lovely pool just around the corner. Comfy & quiet. Louise was very helpful when we had any queries.
