Thank you Jill for a lovely few days away. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. Jill was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations with airport transfers and things to do near by.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

La estancia ha sido magnífica. las vistas del apartamento son increíbles, sentarse en el balcón o la butaca y ver el amanecer y el mar a lo largo del día es simplemente fantástico. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la comodidad y todos los detalles están cubiertos. Una estancia increíble en la que repetir próximamente. Mercedes siempre atenta y amable con cualquier duda o solicitud. gracias y hasta pronto!

Nydelig, ren og innholdsrik leilighet. God plass til 4 voksne og 2 tenåringer. Deilig med to bad. Fantastisk takterrasse med flere sittegrupper, og deilig frokost-terrasse utenfor kjøkkenet. Høy standard på hele leiligheten, leilighetskomplekset og alle fasiliteter inne i leiligheten. Supert med kaffimaskin og vaskemaskin. Rolig ved bassengområde. Gangavstand til bensinstasjon og dagligvarebutikk. Vi prøvde noen av restaurantene vi kunne gå til også. De var helt ok. 5 min med bil til kjøpesenteret La Zenia, så det ble en del turer dit også. Verten er veldig rask med å svare og alltid behjelpelig. Tusen takk for oss ❤️

I was met by Jelena and was shown the beautiful apartment and underground parking. Everything was well explained and beautifully presented. I felt right at home and really enjoyed my stay. Super vriendelijke host, altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. ‘s ochtends vroeg vertrekken was ook helemaal geen probleem voor Maryna. Dank je wel voor de fijne ontvangst. Wat betreft de accommodatie: heel proper appartement, komt helemaal overeen met de beschrijving en de foto’s. Alles werd voorzien; keukenspullen tot strandhanddoeken. Ondergrondste parkeergarage was een luxe, auto stond veilig. Hele mooie zwembaden en mooie locatie. Verschillende supermarkten en stranden in de buurt. Ook voldoende restaurants in de buurt, Asia Kitchen is zeker de moeite waard om te proberen. Naast het appartement zijn er nog bouwwerken bezig maar hier hebben wij niets van gemerkt. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

I was surprised they had beach chair to loan at apartment. Everything was nice except ventilation in a toilet. Time to get that done to get spotless review.

Just got back from a 2 week stay at this apartment - Tijn was a great host, the communication was excellent and he was very supportive and helpful. The apartment itself is amazing, it was so clean and modern, the amenities are great, the location is amazing and there is so much to do within walking distance. It felt like a home from home. Euro market and Lidl are a couple of minutes walk away and have everything you need. The pool area is perfect and has plenty of sunloungers, it was never too busy and very relaxing. They also have a new gym in the complex which Is great and very quiet. There is a square full of bars and restaurants about 8 mins walk away. Celtic Drop irish bar and Milk and Honey were great bars and Semana Chinese and Bombay supper club were both amazing too. If you like walking then there is a beautiful coastal walk (about 3/4 miles) to Cabo Roig and they have a beautiful beach bar called bar Bahia with great views and tapas. Would definitely return!!

Superfint och fräscht boende i lugnt område med fint privat pool område. Gång avstånd till flertalet restauranger ca 15 min. Rekommenderas varmt! Bra värdar som svarade snabbt på frågor

Noel y su equipo son excelente profesionales qué logran mantener todo organizado, fácil de entender y acceder, están presentes, pero sin invadir tus tiempos o espacios. El apto era lo que se describía, excelente ubicación, muebles, utensilios de cocina, ropas de cama y extras todo excelente. Recomiendo 100%! Muchas gracias, Noel y equipo, volveremos con ustdes.

Gordon’s apartment was a lovely clean place, perfect for all amenities & walks, cycling & Golf. I would recommend the apartment highly. Would definitely stay again in the future. Gordon communication was great too. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I had a very pleasant stay, Arian is a great host. Good location and close to restaurants. Must compliment the bed was very comfortable. Great apartment and would stay again.

from initial booking to leaving 10/10 we booked the month of April 2026,and did not want to leave. the apartment is loverly and modern plus fully equipped with everything you could ever need . the pool and surrounding lawn area have plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing kept clean and very well maintained private key access only . location just a short stroll to villamartín plaza,just a 10 min drive will get you to la zenia boulevard and beach, san Miguel ,la fuenty. there really is no shortage of things to do . we will definitely be going back . please do not hesitate to book,this was our first air b&b booking thing couldn't have been made any easier by our host thank you for a fantastic stay Darren & cheneil

The apartment is very modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. It has a nice swimming pool. It also has a hot tap. László was helpful and flexible with the check in. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Vi hade 10 underbara dagar i lägenheten. Ett stenkast från lekplats, så perfekt för barnen. Rent och fint boende och Jurij var en toppen värd! Kan verkligen rekommendera både lägenhet och värd.

Kauniisti sisustettu asunto lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Villamartin Plazasta. Keittiö erittäin hyvin varusteltu. Alue rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Televisiossa kaikki kanavat mm Suomen. Parkkipaikka kadun varrella toimi hyvin. Auto pakollinen, jos haluaa meren rantaan tai tutustua ympäristöön. Viestintä ennen tuloamme oli loistava.

We stayed here for a month, it exceeded our expectations, it had all the amenities you could possibly need to make your holiday great. It was immaculate.Eveline was a great host, very responsive, as was Marina. The apartment was within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The pool area was great too. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and we will certainly be returning.

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Fantastic luxurious apartment in a great location. Only a few steps from beach walk and the Cabo Roig strip, yet extremely peaceful. Stunning grounds and pool view. Great communication from the start. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples and family alike!

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
