The Pines and the Sea is situated in a very quiet, beautiful residential area surrounded by pines and olives. The photos were beautiful, but the reality exceeded all expectations: the location is simply breathtaking, immersed in an authentic context, with attention to the smallest details and in perfect condition. The house is very clean, welcoming, and immediately conveys the true spirit of Puglia. It is not a "tourist" structure, but a place that tells the story of the soul of the area, where you can breathe warmth and tradition. But what makes this experience truly unique are the owners: people of rare availability and kindness. Always present, never intrusive and ready to advise. It is thanks to them that this experience takes on an even more special value. They are the essence of Italian hospitality, the authentic kind, made with the heart. We had a wonderful one-week stay at Antonio's AirBnB in Conchiglie. Antonio's daughter Silvia optimally managed the flexible check-in and check-out and gave us many great tips for planning our vacation. The apartment was very clean and offered everything your heart desires. The huge roof terrace and the proximity to the enchanting sea are of course particularly great. In 5 minutes on foot you are at a beautiful sandy beach and also some shops nearby offer the possibility to supply yourself. Thank you for everything!

Antonella was a wonderful host from the beginning. She was welcoming to our family, friendly and even had a gift for the kids! The house is beautiful, well located and has everything you need. She was kind enough to set up a baby bed, a high chair and a baby bath for us. It was so helpful. The external area is lovely, we had dinner outside every night, we bought a kiddy pool, there was enough space for everything. When we arrived the place was very clean and smelled wonderfully. Antonella also gave us lots of tips about the area, what to visit and where to eat. We would love to come back one day!

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s place! It is located in a quiet and local area about a 10-minute walk from the old town, making it the perfect location for Lecce. The place is spacious with plenty of amenities - full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we had great night sleeps with the fan. The best part had to be the pool and outdoor area! We loved breaking up the hot days with a couple hours in the pool each day. We stayed there as a couple but there was plenty of space for a big family or friends. The bonus was having accessible parking outside the house - while not part of the property, we had no trouble finding some each day. The hosts had fantastic communication too, making check-in seamless and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again if we were in Lecce in the future!

The apartment consists of a bedroom and a large terrace, with a great view. The beach, restaurants and shopping are just around the corner. Not far away is Gallipoli and the Selvaggio Nature Park. We enjoyed the stay very much and would be happy to recommend the apartment.
