Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Village of Four Seasons

Rick’s place was a great getaway for our family. It’s nice to enjoy the amenities margaritaville has while not staying in a hotel room. This house was spacious for our 7 guest and had an amazing large window view of the lake. Easy access. Great to have 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer a plus for a one week stay. Will visit again. Thanks Rick for offering your home on the lake!

Nice, clean, neat place. We had everything we needed. Nice view and very close to the pool. And the host communicated well with details and answered questions fast. Extra towels, blankets, snacks, essentials, etc were provided, we didn’t have to buy anything we just came with food. If we come again next summer we’ll be looking out for this particular place again!

My husband & I stayed here for a small honeymoon and absolutely loved our entire stay! We enjoyed time inside with games provided & a comfy movie night in the basement. We enjoyed time outside in the comfy hot tub & did some swimming off the dock! Megan’s home was extremely clean and easy to access. She is so quick with responses and even sent me the link to the bedding she used!(oh my god the sheets and bedding were SO SOFT!!) We would definitely come back for another trip!! Absolutely love this place! You can easily access so many restaurants quickly by boat or driving.

This place fit our needs perfectly. I was looking for a space to fit four adults to have a fun weekend at the Ozarks. The dock and lot was very nice. The home was well stocked with anything and everything you needed(kitchen utensils, blankets, shampoo, towels, ect.) and was very clean.

Alan’s spot was private, cozy and well kept. The location is desirable for Sunrise Beach and a great spot to take the dogs.

The house was beautiful and was in a great area, The host was very responsive and helped with any questions we had immediately. Definitely would consider staying again !

Perfect peaceful cabin. The road getting to the cabin was a little narrow and rough but definitely not a deal breaker. Just as described. Would definitely stay again

Wow, what a great place! The condo alone is gorgeous and has everything you need to make it a super time away from the ho hum of everyday life. It's impeccably clean, with very comfortable beds and the kitchen is amazingly well stocked. It's very modern and so cutely decorated that you don't want to leave. But there's so much to do with the swimming pool only a few steps away and lots of fun things to do in town as well. The deck is so relaxing that I fell asleep listening to the birds and stargazing. You can watch the turtles and fish come and go in the cove right from the deck. John and Cindy are great hosts and provide top notch instructions/information and easy check in to make it a very comfortable vacation. Very easy to communicate with them. Wonderful 5 star stay. Book it. You won't be disappointed! Can't wait to go back...but for longer.

A great place to stay for the weekend!

We had a wonderful girls weekend! We spent so much time on the beautiful porch- we started every morning & ended every night there. Everyone we came in contact with at the complex were super friendly. The pool was fabulous!! We can not wait to return!

The space was beautiful and perfect for my 25th birthday — cozy, clean, and with amazing lake views. We enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication after checkout about damage we didn’t cause, which put a damper on the experience.

We had a problem with the key pad but Fern was awesome and made sure after she reset the code that it was working great. The Condo was clean plenty of supplies. We were happy with our stay!

Loved how much pace there was for our family! Loved all the essentials in the bathrooms, loved how stocked the kitchen was. Lots of extra blankets. Loved how they had a wagon, and beach bags and extra stuff for pool was awesome. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Will definitely come back and stay again! Host was very responsive and helpful!!

We’re traveling across the country and this place was everyone’s favorite so far! The view is beautiful. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. It’s a great spot to settle in and enjoy the area.

I recently stayed at Chris' place in the Lake of the Ozarks, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described/as seen in the photos. The check-in process was seamless, the condo is clean, comfy and cozy, and the location is ideal - close to attractions and conveniences in Osage Beach. We felt safe and at home during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained place to stay in the Lake of the Ozarks. Thanks again to Chris for being a responsive, great host. I'd definitely visit again!

I would give our booking here TEN stars if it were possible! Our hosts were kind, helpful and very responsive. They offered recommendations and checked in often to make sure everything was going well. This place was exactly as it was pictured. It was quiet, peaceful, inviting and close to entertainment in the area. This was our first time visiting Lake of the Ozarks but hopefully won’t be our last. If/when we visit, this will definitely be our place to stay.

Great stay! Perfect location. Super clean, but there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and the grill on the patio wasn’t clean, so we didn’t use it. All around a great stay though, super nice and responsive host!

The condo was great. There is a full flight of stairs to the condo. The location to the lake is in a very busy section with very fast and loud boats. We felt unsafe leaving the dock area with our small 16 ft boat. However, we did fish right from the dock and I caught a large catfish. It was also fun watching the large boats race by. We would probably not stay here again because of the location on the lake and not because of the condo itself.
