Wonderful! The place is super comfortable, it has many amenities to do as a family, the beds are delicious! Very, very comfortable! The pool, wow!!! The water is warm and very clean, it has karaoke 🎤 and it was wonderful! He has a video game machine and it was super fun! It has everything you need in the kitchen, Felipe was an excellent host! He was always on the lookout and solving all the needs! The projector and ambiance in the pool is also great! The internet connection failed a bit 🛜 and Alexa sometimes did not respond, in the rooms Felipe "equipped" us to fight the mosquitoes! And we did it! We had an amazing time! I highly recommend it! You won't regret it 😍

Excellent place to relax, comfortable, quiet and beautiful views. Raúl gave a lot of information at all times and always supported me with doubts. Overall, a very good experience and with a great attraction from start to finish 10/10 🫶🏼

My stay was great. Elia was so warm and professional and my time in Morelia was incredible. So many great suggestions we asked annd total privacy. It really checks all the boxes. Highest recommendations.

Our stay was very comfortable. The property was exactly as described and we felt welcomed by the host. The building and condo were easy to get in and out of. The beds and furniture were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the unit.

One of the best places I've stayed in the years I've used airbnb, the place is clean, and comfortable, enough space, the garden area is very nice. Thorough bathroom cleaning, and they leave you personal hygiene products, in case you don't bring yours. The use of the washing machine was what saved me, (I arrived in QRO due to a family emergency after a work trip), and I no longer had clean clothes. You can use the kitchen, which also helped me a lot. The neighborhood is super quiet, there is a park 2 minutes walk, and an oxxo 8-10 minutes. The building is a duplex, so you just have to take into account that from time to time you will hear the footsteps of the neighbors above, but it is almost imperceptible and is not constant. Communication with Imelda is a 10 out of 10, very clear instructions, almost immediate attention, patient and understanding. I definitely felt at home, and if I need to come back, I would choose Imelda's place again.

Place is set back from the road and very quiet, and very safe feeling. Hosts are great people. Easy to catch a bus to El Centro. And exceptional art in the rental.

We’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, so we were happy to return. It’s still a great value in an ideal location—close to all the best spots but far enough to avoid the crowds. Just note that Sunday mornings can be loud due to the church across the street. This time, the room wasn’t quite as clean as before. There was visible dust on decor items and dirt on walls and the floor, and our feet got dirty walking barefoot the very first night, so it wasn’t something we had tracked in. We hope the host brings back the stronger cleaning standards from our last visit. That said, we really appreciated being allowed a late checkout by an hour—such a kind and helpful gesture. If you’re visiting in summer, bring bug spray. A mosquito kept us up one night—not the host’s fault, just part of the season. Overall, we’d stay again. It’s still a solid and convenient place that is good for the price.

One of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at. Comfortable, excellent location, a beautiful home that had everything I could’ve possibly needed.

This is a lovely apartment that the owners clearly take great pride in. The furnishings are comfortable and high quality including the bedding and linens. The wifi is strong with a router both downstairs by the tv and upstairs in the 3rd bedroom/terrace area. The fridge is full sized and there is a hot plate for cooking and pots and dishes for your use. The owners Monica and Samuel are delightful and very informative even though our Spanish isn't great. The views are spectacular from this hillside apartment. Like many places in Guanajuato you should expect a lot of climbing either stairs or ramps/inclines on the sidewalks. It's about a 10 minute walk to the funicular that takes you down to the historic center. The apartment is in a residential area without a lot of stores or restaurants close. We were surprised by how loud the wind was at night. I highly recommend this apartment.

Pleasant place, the guard at the entrance is truly friendly and always willing to help. Quiet area, quite spacious and excellent view. I will definitely be back.

It's very well located, close to everything, you can walk to do everything. Otherwise the uber is super efficient when you want to go a little further. The lady, Paty, who takes care of the place is very nice. Would definitely stay again. The only negative point is the internet which is not enough if you work in video.

The depa is as described, you feel at home. The subdivision has many shops that are at the front entrance.
