Holiday rentals in Vilanija

Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

Katarina is the perfect host! She always responded very quickly and gave us a lot of very good recommendations for the region. My husband and I wanted a quiet and sunny hideaway during the grey and cold German winter and got what we were looking for: a very nice and cosy cottage with a beautiful garden with olive trees and lots of sun including beautiful sunsets in front of the cottage. There was enough firewood to warm up the cottage inside and make it even more cosy. We walked through the surrounding nature with our dog and made little day trips to the ocean and the surrounding cities. The food and wines in and around the nearby village Buje are delicious and we enjoyed a lot of good food with fresh fish and truffle. We absolutely recommend this place.

We had our bikes with us and rode them along the road to Umag (about 20 minutes) and to various beaches. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and pleasantly cool. In the evening, we were able to watch the sunset and the stars. The apartment is brand new, spacious, quiet, comfortable and very clean. Nina and her mom are warm hosts. Thank you!

It was just perfect - we had a problem with the car so we had to check in a bit early, wich wasn't a problem at all. The villa is super equipped and specially the garden with pool, table tennis, golf, jacuzzy, outdoor kitchen and an amazing view is so so good - we spent our entire stay outside in the sun :) When we got home, we noticed that we forgot a watch - we got in contact with Sabina, she looked for it and sent it to us immediately. Thank you so much for that :)

Awesome place. Lots of outdoor space. Beautiful meadows. The house is very spacious and clean. 4 bed, 3 bath rooms are nice. Grocery stores and restaurants are driving minutes away. Marjana is a great host. Istria country has lots to offer. Beautiful towns, beaches and the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, awesome food and friendly, welcoming people. We will be back.

Spela and her husband are incredibly warm hosts. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and provided with great tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. The accommodation is a Mediterranean dream! Super stylish, modern, very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and ideal for relaxing. Our highlights were of course also the sea right in front of the door, the private pool, the sports field and the beautiful nature all around. Even with two cars, parking was not a problem, there were always free spaces available directly in front of the house. Everything was as described and even better! Thank you for the warm welcome, the loving greeting, your help and your understanding with our little mishap, which we were able to solve quickly and easily. We'd love to come back! 🫶

uncomplicated reception, quickly accessible by email for questions, super equipped apartment, located a little outside, direct surroundings not quite as nice, but view of the sea, quiet, with pool for the children, we felt very comfortable and can recommend it

We were at Villa Katja with a group of 8 adults and a toddler for a week. The villa is very nicely decorated and made us feel right at home. Everything in the house was very clean and maintained. Check-in with the house manager (a neighbor) also worked smoothly. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. For self-catering facilities, it is therefore no problem to cook here for a larger group. Good restaurants are also nearby. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. From the covered terrace and from the pool you have a fantastic view to the sea. There is also a Konoba, a room open to the pool and garden with a fireplace that you can also use for grilling. The sea can be reached in about 5 - 10 minutes by car. Also the shopping in Umag. The only disturbing were the mosquitoes in the morning and in the evening (with defensive spray). We had a very nice time in Vilanija and would be happy to come back.
