Great place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice! Beautiful, peaceful property away from the highway and village. Isabelle was a great host - responsive, welcoming, and gave good local knowledge.

Teresa's place is surrounded by greenery in a very peaceful area with the great coast close by. Teresa and her husband make you feel right at home and welcome. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The beds were very good and cozy. You need a car to get around in this rural area. It's worth it.

A cozy apartment, tastefully decorated, very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything. It's nicer than the pictures. Great location. It is close to supermarkets , beach and restaurants, but at the same time very quiet, which allows the rest. Elza, the host, is very nice. If I come back in the area I will not hesitate to try to stay at this place again.

I highly recommend Manuela's home! Me and my friend stayed at her place for 6 days in occasion of the AfroNation festival. The room was clean and well organised, with a nice balcony to enjoy some food or look at the city of Portimao and air conditioning (which really makes the difference some days). The swimming pool was great as well, we had the opportunity to meet several other people that were there for the same festival and had fun all together. Two out of the 6 days, we decided to do groceries (the supermarket is very close to the house) and cook something in the big shared kitchen. The house was easily accessible and we could either walk to the city centre or take an Uber (10 minutes drive). There was always someone from the staff available to help us and they made us feel like we were at home and part of a big family. Thank you all, we had a great time!

Peter and Jolanda were super friendly ,very helpful. I didn't have any personal car but Peter picked me from the bus stop and after checking out he also dropped me off at the bus stop with his own car. Everything was perfect and fine my two kids also enjoyed it a lot.would love to go back again. Thank you so much for everything.

Really amazing place to relax for a few days.

The stay was spotless. Peter and Jolanda are both very friendly, kind and accommodating. If you have any questions or problems, it was helped flexibly (there are no problems). Our dog was easily tolerated, although he likes to be louder. The hospitality of the two is mega! The Airbnb was clean as described and everything you needed was there. The bed was cozy and the shower was also great (hot water + rain shower available). There is also a parking space, as well as an air conditioning and fan, both very pleasant to cool off. The pool was a great refreshment where you can also sunbathe perfectly. The location of the Airbnb is excellent as supermarkets or amusement parks such as Aqualand, as well as the beaches are all very easily accessible by car. A clear recommendation from us. We stayed here for a 10 day holiday. It was very easy to find from Faro airport, you definitely need to hire a car to stay here though. Efrain greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and responsive throughout giving us local recommendations of restaurants / beaches. Efrain was having some work done at the front of the property which he had forewarned us about before we arrived, but it didn’t disrupt our stay at all. The place is peaceful, quiet and the private pool and gardens were lovely. The location is great for towns and beaches such as Alvor and Portimao which are only a 15/20 minute drive away. The bed was super comfy and the local supermarket was also a short drive away. There are quite a few dogs in neighbouring houses which can bark quite late at night. Also an oven would have been nice to have, and a TV to watch the Euros! Otherwise, I would 100% recommend this place for a relaxing holiday. Brilliant value for money considering the private pool all to yourself!

Small but fine, completely sufficient and very nicely furnished. A beautiful garden with two super nice dogs who like to be petted. Many swallows nest there, which makes the garden all the more beautiful. Most of all, I liked the window by the bed where you could watch the stars at night and hear nature. The host is very helpful and super nice. She gave recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We felt very comfortable. I would book it again

We had a lovely stay at Blue Bird. This place is perfect for switching off as it is surrounded by lovely nature. Beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants are only a short drive away. Would highly recommend!

I stayed with my family for two weeks at Conny's place. Although we arrived very late, we were welcomed in a very friendly way! We had got tomatoes fig peppers from the in-house garden. The garden with pool was very large and very well maintained, ideal for our two boys to play. A gas grill and charcoal grill are also available. The apartment was super clean and the mattresses very pleasant. The location is very much as you can go to a lot of different beaches by car. Lagos is about 10 minutes away by car.

We are currently on a round trip in Portugal and are glad that we spent four nights with Georgia and Marcio! Next time, I'd love to stay longer! We like to have the space on the porch for breakfast and in the evening for a glass of wine. Wonderfully suited as a starting point to discover the Algarve! Thank you so much for the nice time! It is a perfect hide away from everyday life. Lovely decorated and equipped with all the comforts you need for a perfect and relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed it. Pedro an Joana are very friendly and proactive hosts.

We have stayed in a lot of BnBs and this was our favourite! Emma was very welcoming and accommodating, leaving us beverages and fresh eggs from her chickens. There were also lemon and orange trees that we were able to pick to have fresh fruit. The room was very cozy and had everything we needed and the property was beautiful and even has a pool!

We spent 2 weeks there at the end of August/ beginning of September. The complex is beautiful, well furnished, clean, cozy, and you immediately feel comfortable. Communication was perfect, very easy going and all questions were answered in detail. We can only recommend staying there, we have recovered very well and would love to come back anytime. We stayed for one night in this awesome place, it combines the privacy of a hotel and the connections of a hostel perfectly! The room was nice and spacious, there was a shared kitchen and bathroom which were both clean and a nice place to hang out and talk with other guests! The hosts are lovely and very helpful, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very nice hostel, I was in the family room. I liked it but I think it is overpriced.

We stayed at Irene’s villa with my two children (7&3), my husband and my dad. The villa was amazing and beautifully presented. The outside area is just phenomenal and so easy with young children. Irene was a lovely person who was very kind and thoughtful. She was friendly and welcoming and the villa was really well equipped. Everything you needed was already there and in great condition.
