An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

Barbara and Gunther were nothing less than the perfect hosts. Their place is fantastic, great location and spotless. MauMau is the friendliest cat I have ever met and has pushed me to get a cat of my own! Barbara and Gunther went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, provided great snacks, recommendations and an amazing place to stay which felt homely as well as being spotlessly clean. We will certainly be returning if we are in LA again, and will be recommending to any friends and family. The guys were extremely friendly and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Jordon place is very clean and well equipped.Great kitchen with all you would require. In a great location with subway stations very close and also bus services.Does not have air con and was quite warm at times.The plane noise is somewhat loud but didn’t worry me.The area is very working class but felt safe.All in all good value for the money Thanks for the stay Jordon

The stay in the apartment was excellent, very well located, everything is new, the kitchen is very well equipped with new and modern appliances. There were also basic items available, such as coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. I loved the apartment, I'll definitely come back more often.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Tiffany is an amazing host offering a wonderful house well worth its price and you'll definitely not regret with everything you need in a house and more. A few of us even went for a morning run around the neighbourhood and it felt really safe. She also offers various local recommendations for anyone new to LA.

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

We stayed here for a family member’s graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-designed, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained, private landscaping. It was perfect for a guest in our group with knee issues, thanks to the two ground-floor bedrooms and thoughtful touches like a bench at the entry for the no-shoes policy. The iPad system controls everything from the hot tub to house music, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lori, the house manager, was exceptional—warm, responsive, and solved a minor lock issue in minutes. The location is excellent: a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and stores, and about 20 minutes on foot to downtown Culver City. Erewhon and many other amenities are located there, and driving to downtown takes just a couple of minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting LA.

This is how I like living beautiful everything i needed so I didn't have to leave the area to get it I am from LA it's a getaway without leaving the city.

The home was a perfect getaway with the open floor plan, views, & the back yard. The hosts were very responsive & answered any questions I had right away. The neighborhood was very quiet & the driveway that led right up to the front door was perfect for private easy access in and out. I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely recommend it.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's close to the airport and downtown area. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with ample street parking. Brandy and Tyler were wonderful and understands hosts. The place beautiful, clean, and well stocked. A lot of room for 4 adults and 2 kiddos. Definitely saving this listing for our next LA stay!

We had a great stay! The space is just as shown in the photos - and has everything we needed. We stayed here for an event at SoFi, and this was the perfect location.

Had such an amazing stay in Los Angeles, mainly due to Michael’s place meeting and surpassing expectations. Incredible views of the city and the attention to detail throughout this place made us instantly feel comfortable and at home. From the large comfortable beds, both bathrooms and showers, the home cinema, the kitchen and dining area layout and in the instructions put in place telling us how everything works was a really nice touch from the host. Our host, Michael, was very helpful from the day we reserved to the day we checked out, such a friendly and informative host. Thanks a lot, can’t wait to visit again. Neil & Sandra

Ben was an amazing host! Instructions to check-in were clear. The home had everything we needed from extra blankets, towels, backyard, shower + bath, kitchen supplies etc. Everything you need for a great stay. The home was super clean and in a great location. We will definitely be staying here when we go back to LA.

The home was well appointed, peaceful, and beautiful. There were really beautiful touches (bottle of wine, water in the fridge) that made us feel even more welcome and comfortable. The location was perfect - super quiet, yet a short car ride to wonderful shops, restaurants, and sights. This will be my preferred place to stay anytime I'm in LA.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Wonderful place. Only unfortunate thing is that we were right next to the main entrance so we heard people coming in and out. It only sucked because i was up and i got scared but would have never noticed if i was asleep. Wish i had time to visit the rooftop. It is a must stay. Host is very friendly and responsive. She made sure I was okay even though she was dealing with an 8 hr time difference. That’s service! Close to the beach.

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!
